Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

房間沒有特別寬敞，但是夠住，主要是小朋友玩的開心，早餐在美堂吃的，環境好，親子酒店有泳池和其他遊玩設施，還贈送了DIY餅乾，這個體驗很好，下次來還會選擇這裏，希望還有送餅乾製作體驗

酒店人員服務態度好，園區裏面的工作人員加強都非常有熱情，親子酒店的設施完善。房間的話，上床都有準備床鋪就更好了，畢竟有空餘的位置可以睡覺。酒店就在園區的中心，位置非常方便，聖誕氛圍好濃厚。小童樂園可以更早開門就好了。不得不説自助早餐真的十分豐富，有廣東早茶的風味，排骨、蝦餃等，小朋友玩得好開心。

無限次三人赤坎古鎮門票:入住的時候會拍照辦理，提前會打電話加微信發送導航和注意事項
行李託運:到了停車場找接駁車接送，路上還遇到巡遊，享受VIP待遇。
設施：房間的熱水不夠熱，雖然熱但喜歡熱的人表示還差點。水壓也不夠，洗的不夠爽。其他沒啥問題。自費宵夜也還行

很適合親子出遊的酒店，有恆温戲水池，有小童樂園，房間裏面也有積木可以玩，在景區裏面距離火秀廣場衹要3分鐘的距離，真的特別方便，房間裝修風格也看起來比較舒服，挺滿意的

第二次來赤坎古鎮，選擇了這家親子酒店，一進房間就覺得真的實至名歸，一切裝飾都很童趣，還有小書桌和積木牆，女兒瘋狂種草卡通抱枕，回去還得買個同款。衞生間有高低兩個洗手盆，充分照顧到有小孩的需要，前台也挺熱情。早餐選擇了去美堂酒店吃，種類挺豐富，時間段也設計得足夠久，方便帶娃的家庭。贈送的烘焙DIY也去體驗了，女兒很開心。
不過房間靠近路邊，可能是為了外觀的需要，窗户只有一層，隔音效果很差，洗澡水也存在忽冷忽熱的問題。有點期待的火秀表演更改了時間，卻沒有被前台及時人工通知，衹解釋是發了朋友圈，但並沒有時間去刷手機，有點遺憾錯過。

第一晚美堂，第二晚巢棲親子，兩家是同一個集團的，所以入住登記一次就可以，第二天不用再登記，巢棲親子有小童樂園（波波池、滑梯等）和嬉水區，沒有餐廳，早上餐廳可以選擇對面美堂酒店1樓自助或者小吃街早茶街，但早茶街大多是露天沒有空調，好像是按158元一個人的上限吃，房間確實好治癒，選擇了滑梯房，進門是滑梯，走進裏面是床，地方大，也有基本小童繪本，到處是可愛的擺設，估計因為是親子，所以沒有辦公桌，床頭充電位不多，也沒有USB充電，服務也很好，工作人員還會幫忙拿行李送上房，很貼心，但如果想去景點，還是會選擇美堂，美堂離打鐵花、和平廣場比較近，和平廣場又離鐺鐺車近。

非常棒，第一次花重金住親子酒店，訂了築夢家庭房，4個大人1個幼兒1個嬰兒足夠住了。5歲女兒第一次住親子酒店，非常興奮開心。從接駁車接待到入住，再到期間提供的物品服務，第二天的自助早餐最後離開送的伴手禮，這個酒店絕對對得起國慶的價格。一定會推薦給朋友們來！
