It was great time and honesty the the service is great plus let's not talk about the 11 floor is great place to be after the long day and over stayed in de room then from that u get the best quality time, omg Camila is a great person I have ever meet, I have move alot of places in de world and I find her the best person to serve me in quality and professional ways.

After spending a great stay at the hotel, I would want to convey my profound appreciation for Daniel Misgana's flawless service who works for l Alveare restaurant . He deserves more recognition than a five-star hotel because he is very competent, knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring. I have traveled to numerous places and never seen someone as passionate and welcoming as him. Thank you very much. The hotel is a great place to explore the area because of its convenient transportation options and near proximity to many attractions.I had a wonderful experience all around, and I hope to go again soon.

I wanted to share here in TripAdvisor my daily experience in 11 heaven bar , pyramid continent hotel. In Juba , with Jane such a kind lovely person who gives a great service , also all the team they re well trained and friendly starting from Tarik. The manager to Camila to all the stuff , the bar team Mr Joseph , the shisha guys , the other waitress so friendly , and without forgetting the best pizza in town from Mr simosana, thanks for your hospitality pyramid stuff .keep going

The place is absolutely amazing! I had the most incredible time staying there. The waiters are all so friendly, and let me tell you, Jane is something else! She's the friendliest person you'll ever meet. She's always so warm and welcoming, and her smile is just stunning. It's impossible not to feel happy when she greets you. Seriously, it's a fantastic place and I always enjoy staying there.

i have being in lalveare cofffee shop.i.find that the place is so wonderfull.the staff is so nice especially. mr Simón supervisor is one of the best leader i have never meet .the team is so good Tina and Frida are really star in tearm of making coffee and there services delivery .lam very happy and so greatfull of the leadership of mr Simón. one of the frindly and kind supervisor with every one .thanks

To be honest It’s the best hotel that you can find everything in Juba , Juba there is nothing. But pyramid makes you feel like they have everything , good view in the roof top. 11 floor. With nice food and lovely stuff , especially my lovely waitress Jane who is very friendly and takes care of you

For real , there is no comment about which hotel is the best in Juba, pyramid is so far from all , before it was not that good but now I'm impressed about the professional new stuff , prices is little bit expensive , but we enjoy watching football in 11 heaven , the vibes are amazing , the service is good, kamilla the supervisor is so amazing and professional, always take care of her guest , also I want to mention. The room are clean and nice I'm staying here since 6month now and I don't regret for it .
