The worst experience I have ever had. The rooms are so untidy and unhygienic . There are flies everywhere in the bathroom . The bathroom is so unclean. And if only girls are travelling it’s a BIG NO. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. WORST

This should be last hotel on someone's list of hotels for accomodation. They are just not prepared to receive visitors. The amenities mentioned in their website is hoax. There are stains in the bedsheets, bedbugs in the bed runners, stains in the bathroom, some rooms don't have showers and the bathroom fittings are loose. They don't even have a hand wash as a basic supply. All they have are bunch of excuses. We visited with a large group of people and had to carry our own luggage which was in the first floor. So you might as well give it a thought to try this hotel if you are planning a visit to Jodhpur.

We had a wonderful experience. property was very well maintain, managing by Mr.Puran, very helpful and courteous with my family. The room was very good maintain, clean and specious rooms.we enjoy there pool was great experience. We had a meal so food was very good tasty and services was given by team was superb. I thanks all team Amargarh Resort.

So, I recently visited what they generously labeled a resort. I think they misspelled "resort" and meant "last resort" or maybe "resort to laughter." Strap in, future adventurers, you're in for a ride. Picture this: a room adorned with not-so-live houseflies, giving us a real "buzz." My wife's face turned into a priceless work of art. The bed sheets were playing hide-and-seek with cleanliness, and the bathroom? Let's say it was on a vacation of its own. After a mini-breakdown and a series of requests, they graciously upgraded us to another room. It had the same script but with a touch of improvisation. Requesting a bedsheet change felt like negotiating a peace treaty.

We reached the hotel at 7:30pm on 24th Dec - to our utmost shock the room was not allocated and not ready. After much fighting and arguement, we were allocated our 3 rooms. Parents on the ground floor - twin beds whereas categorically double bed was asked for ; and other 2 rooms far away in another wing in the 2nd floor. We were aghast to see that the rooms were dirty filthy and not cleaned and linen changed before we reached. We called upon the general manager and others and got the 2 rooms cleaned in front our own eyes. Beware : they don’t change the bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow covers !! The breakfast buffet was very minimalist and just sufficed in taste. Recommendation: Please DO NOT stay in Amargarh resort Jodhpur …. The service is pathetic and NO ONE Cares !!!

The allotted rooms were in bad conditioned , stained bedsheet, broken faucets in bathrooms, no water or hygiene maintained. They were understaffed and extremely unprofessional. Don’t go on the reviews on trip advisor, it’s not worth your mental peace. Wouldn’t stay here even offered a complimentary stay.

Absolute no I am writing this review from the hotel itself to alarm people because there is complete collapse in the management. Room cleaning is not happening. I was given room on the terrrace which seems like store room I had to myself remove 50 matterress lying the room, TV in a room defective , comode leaking , no teamaker in the room . No trained staff . One of the staff member tried to abuse me because I got his number and called him for fixing the things in my room it took me 2hrs to catch hold of housekeeping staff and maintenace person to make the room. Other occupants were also shouting at the reception were asking for refund. Someone found sanitary pads in the room when they checkin. There were cigrrete buds in my room as well. Please note that its a 3 story property with no lift. Despite my request i was not given any room on the ground or 1st floor and had take my elderly mother on the terrace at the 3rd floor

I checked out from this hotel today morning and my experience was nothing short of horrendous. We had booked 2 rooms and both were shockingly unclean; bedsheets and pillows were stained, and the toilet was dirty and unusable. Toiletries provided were opened and half-filled from previous use. When I brought these issues to the reception staff, they were unresponsive, offering to clean the room again, which was little consolation given the initial state of the room. The booking also included a buffet breakfast that turned out to be a major let down. This hotel largely functions as a wedding venue for locals and and it accommodates their guests for which basic amenities will suffice. A wedding had just occurred recently and the hotel lawns were a dump yard. Don't be deceived by the 4 and 5-star reviews – they seem more like the handiwork of paid elements or individuals with incredibly low standards. If you're expecting a clean, comfortable stay with decent amenities, look elsewhere. Mine was a regrettable experience, and I feel compelled to share this review to save others from the disappointment I endured.

Worst service and maintenance. - On Arrival of resort reception at 10PM, first thing Manager says "Sir you have pending payment, can you make the payment now" which i really didn't like - As we were hungry and asked for plain steamed rice as their restuarant then the same manager says sir Steamed rice was not informed by Neha mam. - Hukka was being served just opposite to our room entrance door - Beddings were not washed and cleaned, i had to call the house keeping multiple times from extension but nobody came. - Bathroom drain blocked next morning - Asked room service for tea multiple times but nobody came to serve tea after waiting 2hrs - Next night was horrible was resort was given for wedding reception and people randomly entering the room ringing door bells at midnight 1AM also. If wedding was planned hotel should atleast think of guest and allot the room at first floor. Manager is only behind payment after that no talk. Total horrible experience and stay. I don't recommend to anyone. Not only with me the complaints were raised other guests in the resort also with Kesari travel planner complaining about service
