The environment of this hotel is very good and it is very quiet overall. The staff also upgraded the room, which was very warm-hearted. They turned on the air conditioner in advance. I arrived late and felt very comfortable after entering the room. The room was also quite new. The breakfast environment was also very good. It just happened to snow, and it was pleasant to have breakfast at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. I like the service of this hotel, which is very good.

The room is not big. It was already night when we drove to Jiuzhaigou. Two hotel staff were waiting. It might be late, and there was no service. I went back to rest at 4 pm the next day. It happened that the hotel was checking the room. I rang the doorbell twice and swiped the card to enter directly. It was useless to lock the door from the inside. It was very embarrassing. My boyfriend and I lay down. I asked the staff why they didn't knock on the door. She said she knocked, but she didn't hear it. And it took less than 30 seconds to enter before and after ringing the doorbell. This experience was not good. The facilities in the room, the water in the shower room was very small, and the hot water was slow at night, but it was okay during the day. The hotel is next to the Aegean Sea. To be honest, there was nothing fun in November. The breakfast was also relatively simple, with few varieties. The only thing worth praising is that the hygiene is okay, and the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible in her work.

The environment is very good, the National Day lived in thought to be very cold, but the room heating is very good, not cold at all, very good. Very clean, high value, no separate bathroom, is a public washing area, but very clean, overall good. The only thing is that there are tourists in the scenic spot in the morning. It is noisy at 7 o'clock. Some people will walk around, take pictures at the door, pull our tent zipper, it is quite speechless. But the hotel service is good, and the hot spring ticket is also sent, which solves the problem of washing.

InterContinental Jiuzhaigou Paradise is located between magnificent mountains and surrounded by natural scenery. The garden design of the hotel itself is very careful, one step at a time, and it seems to be living in a carefully created ecological attraction. The most surprising thing is that the room faces the snow-capped mountains. When you open the curtains every morning, you can see the snow-capped peaks, which is a visual feast! In the evening, the hotel also arranged a special bonfire show 🔥, singing and dancing with travelers from all over the world, the atmosphere was directly enriched, adding unforgettable memories to the journey. Special thanks to the manager and the front desk staff for their thoughtful service. They took the initiative to upgrade the room with snow mountain view for us. This heart really makes people feel warmer❤️! If you want to make suggestions, the hotel building is a little old and some facilities would be more perfect if it could be updated and upgraded. In addition, the service attitude of some employees is a little unfamiliar. After intensive training, the overall experience will be improved to a higher level. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly blends nature and humanity. (”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Not all Ritz-Carltons are secluded I made an appointment for the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off. They were all ******* guys, very enthusiastic! Just the right amount of enthusiasm! The housekeeper icey is a very cute sister. When I checked out, she was not at work, but she would come to accompany me. When she saw me taking pictures, she would ask if I needed help. Other housekeepers (I forgot their names) saw me wandering around and would take the initiative to take us to visit and introduce the entire space, and help us plan and suggest the shape of the program In the early morning, when I stepped on the elliptical machine barefoot in the gym, Xiaoping would take the initiative to ask if I needed socks and offered a glass of freshly squeezed juice. After the spa, he would take the initiative to hand over a cup of hot water! ! So considerate The room auntie is also very good! Help me organize my cosmetics, and when she saw my glasses, she would help me put on a lens cloth. I can't wear ******* costumes, and she came to the room to help me put them on! The lovely people in the restaurant (a handsome guy with glasses is so nice! dbq I forgot to ask his name again) would greet, pay attention to the guests' preferences, and take the initiative to provide suitable dishes The handsome guys in the afternoon tea and lounge would also patiently explain various wines and dishes! !

The boss was very considerate and reminded us to put on clothes before getting off the bus when the temperature dropped. You can park at the door, there are many food options around, and it is close to the scenic area by car. The boss also thoughtfully arranged for my friends and I to stay on the same floor, which gave us a cozy home-like feeling. I was very nervous when I booked this restaurant online because I felt the pictures didn't look good. When we arrived, we found that it was very clean, the blanket on the bed looked warm, and the decoration was also nice. It’s just that the business is run by a middle-aged couple, and they probably don’t know how to find the right angle for taking photos. All in all, it exceeded expectations and was very cost-effective.
