Must give a bad review, bad review in capital letters, bad review! It's located on the outskirts of Jinta County, with no shops nearby and no villages nearby. I booked it in advance because it was cheap and had many good reviews, but I didn't expect it to be such a big mistake! We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and many rooms were not cleaned up. I booked three large rooms with windows in advance. The landlady discussed with me in dialect whether we could change to three smaller rooms without windows. Everything was ready. We were in a hurry to go to the Populus euphratica forest, so we didn't care and agreed without looking closely. When I came back at night, I found a strong smell of paint as soon as I entered the room. Then the air conditioner in the room was actually draining indoors, and it was collected with a plastic bottle. It was really annoying! That’s all fine. It wouldn’t be too much to ask the landlady to bring 6 bottles of water for 3 rooms, but she actually couldn’t bear to do that! Only give 3! I persuaded him and reluctantly gave him 6 bottles of the smallest size Nongfu Spring... I entered the room thinking I was going to take a shower, so I took off my clothes, but the instant water heater didn't produce hot water! I had no choice but to put my clothes back on and go out to find someone. The "general manager" adjusted it himself and it took him ten minutes to get some hot water out. Then he said, "It's done." Just slipped away, completely ignoring my complaints and request to change rooms! My fellow travelers were easy to talk to and didn't complain like I did, but the next day they all said they had to give a bad review, saying the air conditioner didn't cool at all, there were no windows and no ventilation, it was 5 degrees outside and 30 degrees inside, it was so hot that the pillows were wet! The water in the shower room doesn't drain properly, it will overflow after just five minutes! The next morning at 7 o'clock, we really didn't want to waste time, so we checked out early and went to Ejina. The proprietress had just got up. Breakfast? Served at 8 o'clock... I have never seen a business run like this, nor have I seen one so petty. I sincerely advise independent travelers to avoid it!"
