The best surprise was the free shuttle service to and from Jinjiang Airport – a total lifesaver for catching flights! They also have a huge free parking lot, so no stress if you're driving. The lounge area on the first floor offers complimentary self-service coffee and tea, which was a nice touch for relaxing while waiting. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and there was plenty of time to eat. A special shoutout to the shuttle driver – he was really enthusiastic and helpful!"

"1. For a five-star hotel, the toiletries provided (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel) are of the lowest quality, the kind you'd find in a cheap guesthouse. They definitely don't meet five-star, or even three-star, standards. 2. The female front desk staff were arrogant. When I checked in, it felt like they were ignoring me. I called the front desk to have a delivery sent up, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, I had to call again to rush them. They eventually brought it up, clearly annoyed. 3. The hotel breakfast, priced at 68 yuan, is ridiculously overpriced. I wouldn't even pay 28 yuan for it. There were hardly any dishes, and even the steamed buns were undercooked. 4. The location is too remote and inconvenient for getting around. I would have been better off staying at a hotel near the Sunshine Night Market."

"The room was small and not commensurate with the price. The male staff member on the evening shift had poor service: I left my phone charger and a pair of earrings at the hotel. After checking out at noon, I called the front desk that evening. The front desk said they would ask the housekeeping staff, but they didn't call back. When I called a second time, they said the housekeeping staff hadn't seen them. I asked the front desk to check again and give me a reply, since the charger was plugged into a hotel outlet. They didn't call back after that, showing complete irresponsibility."
