The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near the night market and the terminus of public transport. The price is worthy.

No water on the first day we arrived. It was a problem in the whole area. There was no warning. We called the hotel to confirm our booking, why didn’t they warn us about the water problem?
The air conditioning is very weak.
They were in a hurry and called us to make sure we were leaving on time. There was no apology for the lack of water or bad service… just wanted to get us out quickly.
I called trip to complain about the water and asked for a refund to move hotels, only to be offered some trip coins. When you book a hotel, you expect to be able to have a shower at the least! Lizard and cockroaches on the floor. Smells of durian. The elevators are very slow.

國慶來版納旅遊訂的酒店，一間體驗感特別糟糕甚至噁心的酒店住宿經歷。
10月1日晚入住，伴侶洗浴後檢查發現淋浴管道有糞便存在，最崩潰的是伴侶淋浴後發現此事。
為了核實事情是否如我們所想，我們通過聞、看、用紙巾擦拭等細節能夠判斷出來確實是糞便。
當即和酒店方反饋此事。酒店第一個處理方式是否認，並説酒店方也沒辦法，後續我伴侶提出更換淋浴管道，酒店方同意
我瞭解情況後，下樓和酒店方溝通，我們無法繼續在此房間居住，申請換房，酒店方拒絕此請求。我直接拿出拍攝視頻和照片展示給酒店前台看，酒店前台表示被噁心到，並終於同意更換房間。
後續我方直接在12315反饋該實情，並提出訴求如後續出現因此帶來的傳染病等相關負面影響，需酒店方負責醫療報銷，全程理性和酒店方正向溝通。
後續倍感噁心，也在第二天離開版納，當天酒店方否認該情況，並認定此管道內為生銹。作為消費者表示對酒店衞生有深深的質疑，旅遊遇到這種噁心事蹟確實也是細思極恐，也申請酒店方考慮消費者衞生安全，直接找檢測機構進行正規檢測，後續未可知。

姊妹3人一起出來玩，在納魯滙瑞酒店連續住了兩晚，2張1.5米的床，可以住4個人，經濟實惠，房間位置很好，晚上住着也不吵，步行5分鐘就到了星光夜市，乾淨衞生，服務也好，唯一不足就是淋浴那裡積水再改進一下就完美了。
