Front desk hospitality, support and service are really good !! 💯💯 but the room was most terrible bad odour and smell like an old store room, walls, selves and windows are so dirty very very bad experience but when I reported to change room they said for my booking value this is the maximum they can offer 🤐😐 I just escaped and spent outside the most time until my departure 😣

Second time staying at this hotel in jaxing south , Overall satisfied with it , the front desk are very helpful and kind the rooms are spacious and clean and the location is close to food and transport , I arrived on the day used there WiFi and booked the room so extremely grateful for this service , there is also 2 washing machines available for free use with detergent so again another winner .. thanks for the night stay
