The hotel was quite good they upgraded my room to very good suite and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful.the problem was about heating system and room was a little cold.

In contrast, the environment and services can still be done.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this was the best experience. From checking in to entering the room smoothly, every step was heartwarming. The room keeper (Li Yunzhen) was beautiful and kind. Seeing that we had children, she sent us fruits and milk, and also thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes, slippers, and bed rails for the children. In the morning, we had breakfast. The restaurant keeper (Yang Qiong) also gave us free takeaway coffee. The service was very thoughtful. This stay was really perfect, and the parent-child playground was also very clean.
