I was charged ₹1400 for an extra bed for 2 days, for the colleague and I agreed to the charge, but I didn't receive a proper bill from the hotel. They didn't accept electronic transactions and only received cash."

Very good stay, staff is very supportive in terms of hospitality or local location. I must say need to explore. Very humble staff. I don’t know why is rating poor. But my 2 days stays is very fabulous. Food is delicious. Main thing budget friendly. I booked suits for 2 days.

Location was excellent, close to the station and major tourist spots. Also easily accessible through local transport. Breakfast buffet spread had good variety. Food was great too for lunch and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful

We already inquired that is there any marriage or function would be there in the hotel and they said no, there is no booking for marriage etc as i was with my old parents, toddler and my brother and we were so much tired and wanted to sleep peacefully but till 11:30 pm there was so much noise that we were not able to sleep and due to interrupted sleep we had headaches in the morning. Also, i would like to tell you that they are giving one rupee bajaj almond drops oil, clinic plus shampoo pouch and a soap. When we asked for toiletries for another two person as we were four people, they gave after hesitation. Also, theg gave dental kit(toothpaste and toothbrush) upon asking. No towels were there in the bathroom. I mean totally bad hospitality. The room infrastructure is good but not as per the price they charged. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
