Casa na Praia

La Plage , belonging to Casa na Praia and the Casa na Praia itself are among the finest and most exclusive sites on the beach of Jericocoara. The entire Staff is very professional , attentive ,obliging and willing to make a guest feel welcome throughout the experience . A few Staff Members are multilingual . ( fluent even in French / Spanish ) Compliments to Franck , Victor , Emmanuel ….for instance ,and each one of the entire staff , the Reception ,whom I unfortunately cannot remember in this moment but who were equally great . The menu at La Plage features both continental and Brazilian specialties which are presented in a delicate way and with faithfulness to the individual recipes . Noteworthy and outstanding , the Seabass baked in a salt crust . Excellent , perfectly tender and juicy , similar to the finest seabass you could eat in Greece, France or Italy . The bruschette with tomato and Basil , a great appetizer while sipping a flute of champagne and a view on the beach . The moqueca with seafood …. All in all , what I can say about Casa Na Praia and La Plage: immaculate , impeccable , comfortable , sparkling and worthwhile . The Winner ! Chapeau !

We are a family of 6 people. Father, mother, 3 daughters (15, 12 and 8 years old) and the girls' aunt. We combine almost all holiday needs: surfing, reading, swimming, lazing around, good food, luxury, spa, relaxation & entertainment. All in all, we spent a wonderful week at this hotel. First of all we would like to praise the food & beverage team - a great, helpful, funny team who were always on hand to fulfil our every wish and that of the children. Breakfast ( egg station & service!). During the day on the beach - Frank, Maximiliano & team - thank you very much!!! We had 3 rooms: Room no. 2; double room - everything great! No. 10 double room - used individually - everything great! Very difficult, bad & spoiling the holiday: the "master suite - No.7" - unfortunately the most expensive room could not be used as a suite, as it was only a small room where the air conditioning was directly on the bed and nowhere else. The rest of the "suite" was a corridor & a bathroom, directly above the restaurant, no air conditioning, hot, stuffy and food odour. You always had to quickly get your clothes and get dressed in the bedroom. Or even just quickly put toothpaste on the brush and quickly go into the room to brush so you dont sweat. The same with sun cream, cosmetics and so on. We would have liked to have known this beforehand and booked a different room. It was particularly disappointing that we were unfortunately unable to find a solution with the management (room swap or similar). We were called to reception, then nobody was there and we received messages via WhatsApp that there was no satisfactory solution. Everyone knew who the manager was - but she always hid from us or avoided us. However, not everything is always perfect. We travel many months of the year, but a solution is always found through dialogue. To summarise: great location, good food & service, clean. Team great but management not very professional. But we would come back

Horrible! Be aware! We went to have lunch at casa na praia but instead left the restaurant without eating after having to wait for 2hours and only a garlic bread came to our table.We asked for the bill to pay for our drinks and in our bill came all the food we had order and not eaten. After 2 hours waiting we still had to complain with the reception about billing us the food we had not eaten. Unbelievable.

A simple small house, good , near to the beach and well located .the house is quite small. Kitchen is ok to cook but very small ( it is open onto the sitting area rooms are comfortable a bit small. Bathrooms are nice and big ! The garden is good size . Sitting area quite small.

Tuve la oportunidad y la fortuna de haber podido viajar bastante por el mundo, y sin lugar a dudas puedo decir que fue la mejor estadia que tuve, por lejos. El personal es para sacarse el sombrero, resolutivos, bien predispuestos y siempre con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones excelentes, por momentos parece que estas adentro de una pelicula o de un parque de Disney World, los tragos y el desayuno impecables, y la ubicacion probablemente sea la mejor de Jeri. Sin lugar a dudas vamos a volver y se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que busque vivir un viaje impecable.

Hotel tem uma excelente localização para passeios dutante o dia e curtir a noite no centrinho de Jeri. Atendimento cordial, nossa pet ( Lhasa Apso) super bem recebida. Café da manhã gostoso, sempre tudo fresquinho , muito natural e delicias com gostinho de Lar. Dicas de passeio e auxílio para programas legais estão sempre a disposição em nos atender. Som ao vivo durante as programação que hotel organiza com cantores , músicos maravilhosos...é cada voz linda!!! Parabéns
