It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Qixing Street Pedestrian Street and Dongmen Market. The counter is on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly. We booked hotel at seogwipo for 4nights but we checked out early coz its quite far from airport so we booked hotel G for our last night as our flight is 9am the next day. We regreted that we stay only 1 night becauee this hotel was nice , affordable, location was superb and moreover the staff (ajassi) was so kind and approachable , he even allowed us to checked in early . Though breakfast was not included in our booking we still can use all their utensils , microwave etc… check in/out was easy as well no hassle at all .

Experience was pretty good. Front desk friendly and help to book a jumbo taxi to gimpo airport from hotel. Location was near underground shopping mall, exit 12 and dongdaemun market. There is two type of rooms so if you select annex type means u have to go to another building to your room, is just a small road across the main lobby. Amenities no toothpaste and no toothbrush. Opposite have palace to try on hanbok, very convenient

Suitable for backpackers who are alone, self-service check-in, there are staff on the seventh floor after 15:00, if you encounter difficulties, they will take the initiative to help 👍 You can see the sea on the top floor, which is very beautiful. The self-service laundry room is open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. If I come to Jeju next time, I will stay here again🥰

I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. It's really annoying, even though there are no additional services, why do I have to pay again. in other hotels it's not like that

Great location along the water and room window view was beautiful especially in the mornings. Can also watch planes fly over to the airport. Room was spacious and beds were reasonably comfortable. Heard no noise in the morning and late evenings, as there was suppose to be construction on the 5th floor. Parking was available but filled up quickly on the weekends. Hotel is also well located beside an Emart for quick shopping needs.

The room was spotless, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and nearby convenience stores surrounding the hotel. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and exploring the city. Highly recommended! 👏🏼

The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.
