Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, Aguila Hotel Oceano Suite exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat in Jeju.

Great stay, would do this hotel again

This hotel was in a relatively good location. On the bus from the airport it took maybe 1 hour 20 minutes to get there. And then we walked to the beaches near by. There are little restaurants and coffee shops along the way. We did use the roof top pool, it was nice to have a pool option because unfortunately it rained a couple days while we were there. It had a nice view. Communication with the front desk was a little hard since we don’t speak the language, but that would probably be the case in most hotels.

The room that I booked was really spacious and the indoor jacuzzi was great. Just that, it was a little smelly on the first run. The location was a few min walking distant from the Hyeopjae Beach and have a lot of cute cafes walking distance.

Amazing room, great hot tub and short walk to the beach

The staff is wonderful 👍👍👍. The views are amazing 🤪🤪🤪👍👍👍💃💃💃🧖♀️🧖♀️🧖♀️🏊♂️👁👁💯. Everything is within walking distance. Except for the bus stop. And the main thing is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 30,000₩, and a transfer for 77,000₩. As you can see, a taxi is half the price. The smell of freshness, the sea, the trees. This is certainly not Busan, but a very, very good opportunity to relax and unwind.

The hotel floor was so dirty that I felt bad. The bed sheets also had two holes in them.

It is okay to walk at night, but it is really hot during the day Service: The front desk staff has poor service awareness and poor English. It can be regarded as no service. They told me that I couldn’t put the bed together, but I easily solved it when I got to the room Hygiene: I really wanted to change hotels the moment I entered. There were hairs on the sheets and the bathroom was not clean Facilities: Broken and old, it is really only 3 stars. Compared with domestic 2 stars, it can’t be more Unless the hotel price is very cost-effective, I really don’t recommend it. I didn’t take photos.

We had a spa suite. Everything matched the photos. The room was clean and big. But the air conditioner was very noisy, it prevented me from sleeping. Usually nothing prevents me from sleeping, but here, perhaps because of getting used to the time difference, it was hard for me to sleep, so the air conditioner interfered. And the bed was not comfortable, after sleeping my back and my husband's hurt. We did not go around the island, but there are two beaches within walking distance. But the beaches are not familiar to us, you can't go deep or swim. Lifeguards stand behind the buoys, near which the depth is waist-deep and do not let you swim. The pool at the hotel is also waist-deep :)
