Overall stay was very good. They managed to change my room to a more suitable one for me

The hotel is great just the location is on busy street and may get busy except weekend i reckon

Worst experience ever.. telephone was down, the wire did not work, maintenance are very bad, did not resolve the problem & couldn’t order food & when you order something from outside you have to go and get it yourself. Literally worst experience ever..

The hotel is overall acceptable. There is a swimming pool and fitness facilities on the top floor. The only hotel service needs to be improved to a higher level.
