Poor sanitation, leaking washbasins, no basic facilities like iron,coffee, closet, shared dryers, non working gate lock, used towels. I guess I have seen everything that could go bad in just 2 days. Rest is your choice if you wanna book :/📚"

"A top notch hotel Great location, with parking. This is an extremely well run hotel with a staff that seem to like what they do. If there is a problem, they fix it immediately. I messed up my reservation but Rohit and the Front Desk supervisor fixed everything for me quickly. The manager Anoop Katoch ji walks around and talks to guests and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would stay here next time when i am in Jammu."
