We had high hopes for the Laxmi but were, sorry hotel team, really disappointed. This isn't a terrible hotel it's just not a great one. The communal areas were great but our room was small and lacking finesse. TV broken, rooms made up after 3pm and some quite surly staff. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant was really good but breakfast was meh and the tea and coffee were, and I don't say this easily, vile. It's also important to note that the hotel is off Station Rd, which is an experience to say the least and not in a good way.

Staff is amazing humble and respectful, very helping. We got room 101 on the groundfloor - i guess one of their worst w.r.t noise, its in front of the bar plus the walls of the room are too thin (no privacy or peace and quiet), plus the gallery light stays on whole night and that falls on you through the window above the door. Room was snaller than the ones they show on pictures. Rooftop bar is good though.

Overall great stay in this I would say 3-star hotel with a young child. Amenities as stated and was a one stop shop for your Jaipur trip. They have tour/car and ayurveda massage services available fast. They have a great rooftop view and restaurant food is okay. Service is the must sought out in this place- the door***, baggage boy, housekeeping and restaurant guys are always smiling and ready to help. Room was clean and amenities working, they provided a small heater which actually worked:) Tourist spots close by as well! would definitely stay here again👍🏻

The experience was overall ok, the rooms were clean, the ambience was ok, and all important historical monuments like Hawa Mahal, and Jantar ***tar were near to it, but the restaurant service was not up to the mark and needs improvement..........

Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight.
