Hari Mahal Palace by Pachar Group

During our 20 nights tour of Maharashtra+Hyderabad+Rajasthan, arrived at Hari Mahal Palace and given one of three bedroom flats with a common living area and kitchen. The bedroom looked like a box room without window and it was quite dusty. It wasn't the hotel fault but our tour operator whom I believe had booked through a 3rd party. We refused to stay in that room, after complaining to tour operator, up graded to a suite. The suite was quite spacious, looked dated & vintage as if the royals had lived in during their era. However, being a suite it wasn't well maintained, full of dust. The rooms certainly requires an overall uplift to maintain it's historical heritage identity. The hotels caters mostly for weddings/parties etc in the open spacious front ground.

I had the worst ever stay of my life at Hari Mahal palace. The pics on *********** were quite deceptive. They charged me as though I was receiving a four-star hotel, giving the impression that I was. Honestly, I wouldn't even rate this establishment a one star. For my family, I got an apartment with three rooms. Actually, the apartments were service apartments, the kind usually used by hotel employees. There were mosquitoes in the room, the bedding appeared to have not been cleaned in a while, and the room itself was filthy. A broken bucket and mug were found in the bathroom, and there was no bucket or cup in one of the rooms. My brother was so disgusted by the place, he found another accommodation at 1 AM.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff is very helpful and 5 star kinda rating to the hospitality. The rooms were very good and the ambiance was way too peaceful and beautiful. Food was way too good and delicious.
