Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jacksonville, FL

We stayed at this hotel but clearly, we made a mistake. Plain and simple, the entire hotel needs a renovation. My wife always checks everything when we arrive, she found the sheets had stains, and reported it to the manager to re-clean the room (and they did). The towels were so worn out, that when I hooked it on the bathroom door hook, it went right thru the towel. The "free breakfast" wasn't worth a dollar, the bold coffee was so weak you could see thru it.

We were given a previous pet room (husband with asthma), carpets were nasty with bleach spots all down hallways. Inside our room the carpets were shredded at the doorway from dogs tearing at it, and stains throughout the room. Cheap sheets, terrible pillows and hard beds. The exterior of the facility was surrounded with cheap hotels with many homeless people and stray cats gathering around the outside of those facilities who share parking space. Apparently due to a leak we went without water for a long period of time. With no update or credit offered. After arriving we were also informed the washer and dryer both did not work and we booked based on knowing we would have a way to wash a few items after being at the barn all day so had to hand wash and hang jeans. The only thing going for this place was the front desk staff was very nice, the rest is out of their control. This hotel needs some serious renovations in carpets ect and it’s very misleading with photos and stars given online. If they wouldn’t have made it clear we couldn’t switch hotels because we would be charged the entirety of our stay we would have switched.

From the outside it looks brand new and beautiful but on the inside it is different. It smells like it has been a smoked in facility that is trying to mask the smell with cleaning products. The plug in on one wall doesn’t hold the charger. It keeps falling out. The fan in the living room area where the couch is is shaking and squeaking. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Everything was great and the customer service was nice as well also the breakfast bar was awesome.

The carpet was filthy and torn in places. The air vent was full of dust. The room had a funky smell. Would NOT recommend.

The a/c rattled and had a board underneath to help Prop it in place. The room had a pet odor. The table surfaces needed to be wiped down. The room appeared uncared for.

The property is old but well worth the money we paid. Our bed was very comfortable.

Worse property we have stayed in, room carpet badly stained multiple areas, refused to refund, very unhappy with motel.

Bed was uncomfortable as well as the surrounding area. Property somewhat run down compared to other Country Inns we've stayed in
