Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was bountiful but the main entrees were just meh. Only one elevator worked so it was very slow to depart during peak time. Would stay again because of overall comfort.

Everything was great. We were greeted when we arrived, fast check-in after a long flight, and long line at the car rental. Breakfast the next morning was great as well.

What gave this property five stars for us was the employees. We were first met by Andre who picked us up at the airport - no waiting - loaded our bags and was very personable. Next was Sage at the front desk. She was most welcoming (at nearly midnight),helpful and patient. Mike, also a driver, was a cheerful presence in the lobby. The banter between him and Sage the next morning was fun and uplifting.
These three set the tone was our stay!

We stayed for one night before a cruise. This hotel had a lot of space and conveniently located for every thing.

We stay in Jax quite often at least monthly- and this hotel is at the top for the area. It was clean and quiet.
The only neg/ complaint was there only 2 washcloths in the room not convienient for a family of 4.

The room was clean, except for the sleeper sofa. It was very soiled (especially the arms). The air/ heating unit made a very annoying loud noise that could only be stopped by turning it off. The great part was the size of the space and the softness of the towels. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The property was a good choice for our stay. It is well maintained and offered a good breakfast. They also offer evening bar style food and drinks. When we’re in the area again I would stay again.
