Ulasan Quality Inn Ithaca - University Area

Mengerikan, ini yang terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Bak mandi di kamar mandi tersumbat, air terus keluar saat mandi, saya tidak bisa mandi sama sekali, tidak bersih dan lampu meja berdebu, dan bantal terlalu kecil dan sederhana. Jika tidak berfungsi, AC di kamar terlalu rendah untuk tidur sepanjang malam, jika bukan karena membawa anak-anak ke Cornell University untuk mulai sekolah, saya tidak akan tinggal di hotel ini, karena itu bukan objek wisata, karena ada universitas terkenal Cornell di sini! Pengalaman check-in kali ini sangat buruk, dan sarapannya juga sangat sederhana, mungkin karena epidemi! Dan harga ini hampir seperti harga bintang lima, tetapi nyatanya hanya terasa seperti bintang dua!

I always stay here when I visit ithaca. It's the best price and you get breakfast. The staff is always friendly.

很多蟲子，很多蛾蠓，早餐用餐區也很多蒼蠅，每天都沒胃口，每天的早飯直接白給了，每天都想逃離。終於離開了。

標準美國酒店，quality屬於中等，早餐腸加炒蛋，還行吧。

Old dirty hotel. Room had wet/musty smell. Floors were dirty. I had to use wipes to clean floor of dirt, hair and food crumbs from prior visitors. Seems like they don't vacuum or sweep floors. Glad i was alone and not w my family. To say the least, i will not be staying herevagain.

I stayed here for several days for business purposes because of its convenient location. The property is in need of updating, which I normally would not mind. However, my room had a musty odor and a residual smell of cigarettes (despite a non-smoking sign). Breakfast included options that you would find in a continental breakfast. Front desk service was okay.

It was disappointing that they did not have much protein for breakfast. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and room temp good.

The staff were very helpful and kind! My room was okay and had everything I needed, but I think some updating needs to be done for the price/what you get. It felt more like a motel at times, which is fine, but for the price point, I expected more. Overall, it's a nice option when in Ithaca!

the property us dated. the dining room was unkempt. the fruit was overripe. the room had been renovated, however, why put a ripped bedspread on a renovated room? staff smelled lime cigarettes

The hotel was fine but outdated. Clean enough but our TV and phone didn't work. Not only wasn't the phone plugged in, but there wasn't a place to even plug it in... and the clerk acted shocked when I mentioned the phone didn't work, but they had to be aware of the issue. The gentleman at check-in was very nice and friendly and helpful, but the woman at check-out was abrupt and rude. Did not feel at all that we got the value of what we paid for.

We needed a quick, easy option for a one night stay. Room was clean and premises were quiet. Breakfast was adequate to get us up and on the road.

Very close to buttermilk falls. The property is old but not bad for a budget place. Breakfast has egg, sausage and pancakes.. The juice machine caught fire the day we arrived, so no juice.
