In general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There are still something can be improved however. Such as cleanliness, the breakfast quality and hotel wifi facility. The wifi is as good as needed.

Never agree to rooms on the 1st floor, it's a nightmare. Cold rooms without windows, luggage and utility rooms nearby. But otherwise everything is as usual, normal for a long stay, swimming pool, sauna, hamam

In Istanbul, I booked this hotel in the urban area so that I can go out during the day. The room is small, and the hygiene is OK. I want to talk about the incident that happened in this hotel: I want the hotel to arrange a pick-up, and I asked for 40 Euros. It only cost 18 euros to take a taxi from the airport. I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 in the morning. When I checked in, the front desk did not return my passport (I was too tired at the time, and I didn’t notice. Generally, the front desk took the ID and room card I gave it to you, but they didn’t have it), and when I got to the airport, I realized that the passport was still in the hotel. They said they could ask the driver to send it to me for 42 euros (normally only about 18 euros). After all, they are also responsible for helping to negotiate the price, but they said that this is my own problem. When the driver delivered it, I had already missed the flight. Unexpectedly, I forgot to return my passport. I never commented on the Internet. This oolong incident taught me a big lesson. I would like to remind other tourists to be more careful with the Turkish people, especially the drivers!

We stayed there for 4 days however the reception staff were horrible! We asked for a taxi to the airport and they took 40 euros from us when it only cost 900 turkish liras for the taxi. They had given the taxi driver less money to keep it for themselves. Please be careful with them as they tend to steal money from you to keep it for themselves.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were too small, with everything crammed into a small space. This left hardly any room for luggage and it was too cramped to even walk around. The bathrooms were the same; so tiny, you would almost be touching the toilet trying to shut the door once inside. Just disgusting. There was an even tinier shower cubicle in the corner. No body wash was provided, only a shampoo. The lifts in the hotel were following the same theme, TINY, and they took far too long to come when we called it. The only good thing was that our rooms were on the 2nd floor so we always ended up taking the stairs. The hotel breakfast was below average too, only one egg variety and no bakery selection whatsoever. We were very disappointed with it. The view from the window was unpleasant too; we had a tiny balcony but there was the air con unit there so again, no room to stand or sit, not that there was a lovely view. There were just some shops, including one with creepy mannequins. Not really a room with a view. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and could not wait to leave. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return here.

Pitiful hotel to avoid 4 stars but a joke!!! This establishment should close SCAMMERS it is a disgrace to the country! When we arrived at 11 p.m. when we had paid the reservation via Opodo (the full amount) they asked us to pay the sum of €1080 under the pretext that the company we paid to had gone bankrupt. My son in tears because he was worried about where we were going to sleep!!! They printed us an invoice from a non-existent company, my husband, devastated by the situation, decided to pay this sum by credit card so that we could sleep and our son would be at peace. We continued with my friend who was part of the trip with her children to look for the reasons for this sum (€1080) the tone rose they were very threatening, with the complicity of a Mr. at the reception they even laughed at us! We ended up telling them that we were going to call in a lawyer, that we were not going to let this happen and that an opinion on their site was going to be given! Suddenly they change their minds, refund us the full amount of €1080 and apologize for trying to scam us by welcoming us to Turkey! In Vaumir! The repetitive breakfast, no toaster, frequent breakdowns at the hot drinks dispensers and undrinkable chemical juice, so no hot chaucolat for the children. The cereals which are disgusting smell of rence! Never a hello from the staff apart from Fadir who apologizes for the welcome we received when we arrived. Finally, avoid.

Put 3 stars! The location is excellent, quiet, the breakfasts are delicious and they cook delicious food at the bar, the bartenders, the reception are all good, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired, the rooms are very tired and very small (but if you walk around the city, there will be enough space), bed linen is so-so ! The hotel needs renovation Quarantine spared no one :(!

To flee !!! Hotel not serious at all! Unpleasant staff to the point, did not even want to listen to us after having reserved 2 rooms for 3 months with resa confirmation email + reservation confirmation call a week before arrival. when we arrived at the hotel we were told that the hotel is full, that they practice overbooking and we were told to leave by our own means to an outlying hotel 20 min walk from all amenities and transport and located on a slope that is difficult to access and of lower standing. All in a derogatory tone by putting us in front of a fait accompli. Run away !!
