Hippodrome Hotel

Mr serkan, d guy who served us breakfast was a great guy, same wth d lady who prepared breakfast in d kitchen. they are really great staff & very helpful, friendly. i like d hair shampoo/hair conditioner provided by d hotel, smell good & really great on my hair. they made my hair shiny & healthy.

房間衞生乾淨，每天都換床單，工作人員熱情，還配早餐，離藍色清真寺、聖索菲亞大教堂近，酒店在老城區，離海邊也近隨便逛逛都很愜意。

My family and I were so excited to stay here. The location was great. Check in was a breeze, staff was nice but first flag was the room was at the hotel across the street. But it was a decent size room. First thing we noticed was the paint chipping of the wall and the handle to the shower door was held up with plastic wrap. Then we saw Mold in the bathroom and bed bugs on the bed. When we called the staff he came to inspect and said the bed bug came in from outside and smacked the pillow out the window to let the bed bug out. There was a restaurant below us and people eating outside. Absolutely disgusting!!! I explained that there was no way my family and I were going to sleep there with mold and bed bugs. He asked me to deal with it until the morning because they were fully booked and no other rooms available. This is completely unacceptable!!!! At this point my family and I were forced leave and look for another hotel at 1am after a long 10hr flight. Luckily after about an hour we were able to find another hotel that allowed us to come in right away and check in for the remaining of the night.

Great staff and friendly staff . Breakfast was across at their sister hotel and was good with excellent morning views. The staff at hotel recommended the Turkish dinner cruise and this was amazing value and worth the money and you get also picked up/dropped off from hotel. Only 1 thing was the WIFI slow, and as a UK guest this is very important as most of us rely on this. Again this was personal preference but overall I would stay again and loved the hospitality

J'ai séjourner à l'hôtel hypodrome 8 jours , on m'a loger sur un immeuble qui fait partie de l'hôtel qui ressemble à une auberge, avec de l'humidité, on entend le bruit des voisins de chambre. J'étais obligé de demander d'être remboursé pour avoir une chambre à l'hôtel avec une salle de bain avec humidité. Si vous faites partie des gens qui aiment prendre leur petit déjeuner au calme, pas la peine de réserver danse cette hôtel , le personnel du restaurant parlent entre eux très fort et sans arrêt, ils mettent de la musique sur leur smartphone et chantent , impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner calme, c'est dommage car ils ont une vue magnifique qui donne sur l mer.

Prix tout à fait correct pour une suite familiale à deux pas de la mosquée bleue et de Sainte Sophie. Petit déjeuner à la turque à 50m compris. Rafraîchissement à prévoir dans la chambre. Voiture dans ce quartier animé à éviter. Personnel très prévenant et sympathique.
