Pada jam tujuh pagi, seseorang langsung masuk ke kamar saya dengan menggesek kartu tanpa mengetuk pintu. Saya benar-benar mabuk. Pelayanan sampah hotel sampah sama sekali tidak aman

The Location is great full of restaurants around the hotel, also the breakfast is good and variable, but the service is bad like when we stay at the Hotel for 5 days, they close the swimming pool for 3 days, and it close earlier than they said at 10H00 PM , Also when we left we wanted to Weight our luggage they demand us to pay, I think it's bad manner in a 5 star Hotel.

House keeping people were hit and miss. Lady cleaning the room was really nice, front desk TERRIBLE not helpful at all. They literally charge for everything, u ask for anything they will charge you, what’s the point of a hotel if they charge you for utensils, water and all. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The bathroom room was leaking, the shower was broken, asked for it to be fixed, they didn’t bother getting back to us, until we went there for the third time in person. Baggy boys were really nice. The room size was reasonable. Everything else you have to take a risk. Overall, I wouldn’t book here again. Front desk was poor customer service and needs to be disciplined especially the lady, if i was the owner, I would fire the girl in the front, she was rude over the phone and in person.

Terrible, very disappointing, filthy and rude accommodation! This is not worth the money. It's noisy, staff isn't helpfull, food is terrible (I had an uncooked burger which they told me was all right), room was filthy (asked them for service c. q. to clean but they didn't) and they don't take feedback or listen to kind requests. They just drive you crazy! Ow and the bathtube didn't had a bath stopper so I couldn't have my lovely bath, even by repeated request!

One of the worst Mercure stays.
Towels and bathroom are very dirty and full of hair. They do not clean regularly. The shower is blocked. So you would stand in a lake of water while showering.
It takes forever to use the elevator, ca. 15-20 to go from 2 floor to 8, in order to get some breakfast.
We booked this hotel so kids can use the pool and of course it was not possible to use it.
The staff is very slow and not really response.
