After numerous visits to this hotel we finally lost patience with the fact that on our last visit there was no hot water and heating so we decided to give them another chance but same room still no hot water or heating after being moved 3 times the same problems we have emailed to complain as reception are useless no reply eventually got through to Yusuf the manager who said he would look into our complaint and get back to us 3 days later no contact so we have cancelled all future bookings

La ubicación del hotel es genial. La habitación excelente con una cama súper cómoda. Nos dieron una habitación de interior para minimizar el ruido, aunque algo escuchamos, pero el problema es que los locales y/o terrazas ponen la música excesivamente alta y también hay que tener en cuenta que casualmente coincidimos con las celebraciones de la final de la champions de este año. Por el resto todo fue estupendo, muy recomendable.

The hotel is well located siper comfortable mattress and bedding. I enjoyed the sauna and the pool
My check in was long and tedious with a young member of staff at the desk who seemed very distracted by a woman who arrived and took his total attention, although he had been aytending to me. No apology.
