Very terrible experience I never see hotel like this one before Breakfast is very poor you don’t have lot of choices when ask for baking eggs for kids they ask extra charge !! Room service very bad Reception not good My first time to ask me when i ask for extra blanket about the reason for !!! Why they ask me this , don’t know I am married with 2 children They give me room with 3 separate beds hhhhh Room very small Closet is small Number of electrical outlets less that one hand fingers No tooth brush no toothpaste!!! I think this is not 4 stars hotel Not recommend for family stay The problem that i pay for stay with company and can’t cancel the reservation any more The place is nice in old city near lot of food restaurant and shops

In short, a Pig style is more respectful and professional than this place. Reception is horrible and utterly disrespectful. Very loud, old furniture, staff are extremely rude, but most important is ZERO hygiene.

Sin duda uno de los peores hoteles en los que he estado. No tiene 4 estrellas, no le daria ni dos. Esta muy viejo todo y roto. El baño olia mal y se salia el agia, porque le habían hecho una refarma mal hecha. Las puertaa rotas. Además era insalubre, bsolo nos percatamos del motivo de los olores el último dia, una enorme mancha de moho entre la cortina y la ventana que empezaba a expandirse por la parte interior de la ventana...(habitacion 513). El desayuno es en buffet, pero no vimos tostadora (inconcebible para un 4* de una gran ciudad tan turistica), tampoco nadie que te ayudara. La recepción fueron arrogantes, daba la impresión de que estuviéramos molestandoles. Para colmo el chek in es solo a las dos.. Descarten este hotel y vienen en vuelos con escalas y llegan pronto a la ciudad deseando asearse... No volvería a este hotel. La próxima vez pediré a la agencia que me asegure otro establecimiento
