Sur Istanbul Hotel

設施：房間有點小，比較陳舊，空調製冷效果不是很好，有熱水和吹風機。 衞生：房間乾淨衞生。 環境：老城區的一個小巷子裏，很安靜，適合睡覺。離主要的景點聖索菲亞教堂、藍色清真寺、託普卡帕宮、地下水宮等都很近，步行十分鐘就可以到達，周邊很多餐館和賣旅遊紀念品的商店。 服務：房東服務很周到，還是值得推薦的。

安靜程度因窗外時不時響起聊天而讓人無語。房間大小和網站上的訊息出入明顯，床側空間衹能剛好容納一人站立。陳舊的浴室斑駁的牆壁歪斜的格局，窗外的老舊城牆似乎做出瞭解釋。衹有店主的友好問候讓你稍微找回平衡。這一切無法匹配網站上的高分，不禁讓人產生疑惑。

Pathetic room cleanliness and staff are not bothered at all, no doors in the washroom, elevator isn’t working most of the time , compare the hotels by visiting before paying or confirming your stay. With a good faith I asked for airport drop off they asked how much was I charged from airport to the hotel , since I made the booing on Uber 1600TLira was charged they told will charge 1400TLira , upon taking other random tourists advice I was charged only 800TLira by booking a taxi from outside the hotel. Do read the reviews on TripAdvisor & google map before spending your hard earned money

this is a fraud hotel. the rooms are not what it seems on the pictures. they are totalky different rooms. the rooms are so dirty and old. the hotel is dirty, hallways are full of stuff. you dont get a buffet breakfast, you get a plate of food from some storage room. we checked out after the first night because i could not stayed there with the kid. they took me a whole amount for three nights and would not want a refund me. fraud people!

Great staff. Everyone was so nice and Safy is the best. Thank you for everything hope to see you again !! Great location, close to some important attractions and so many places to eat/drink around the hotel.

We visited this place with a group of friends and our stay become a nightmare. When we arrive at 8pm they didn't have rooms for us and moved us to another hotel unfortunately even there wasn't enough rooms so after few hours arguing (we had a young kids with us) they find a third hotel for four people but when we went there the room was just for two people ,so we went to the fourth hotel and finally got a room for which we've been charged EXTRA 150 EURO. After two days we were back to the first hotel but the nightmare wasn't finished the breakfast was horrible, dirty cutlery and plates, the bathroom was very dirty with CARLY HAIR IN THE SHOWER. After I started to think that we are all set they thought me that I have to move to another room again, so for four nights I changed two hotels and 3 rooms. Wasn't surprised when in the last morning WASN'T HOT WATER FOR SHOWER. We loved Istanbul but THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE!!!

We had a reservation for 4 rooms - 2 quadruple, 1 for 5 people and 1 single. For 4 nights. First - we decided 2 of the rooms to extend our vacation and go 1 day in advance and made an additional reservation through Booking. She was canceled from the hotel on the day of arrival with the excuse that they could not check the credit card / and the reservation for the remaining 4 nights in all rooms was guaranteed with the same card and "managed" to withdraw money after that /. We arrived all 4 rooms in the evening for accommodation and it turned out that they do not have any rooms, nothing that our reservation was made 2 months ago, and also nothing that Booking still had rooms available, but at much higher prices. We would be accommodated in another hotel for 2 nights and then move back. Anyway, we agreed. We go to the other hotel, there they give us 4 rooms, only 3 double and 1 quadruple. There is no place to accommodate us all, there is no place to fall in the double needles, let alone put a bed. They were going to find us another room, but we had to pay for it. Do we have a choice?!? They send us to a third hotel, there the room is supposedly for 5 people, it is double again. Finally, we find a room in the fourth hotel, which can fit in somehow, crumpled and at 01.00 at night we successfully check in. After 2 days we moved together to the hotel where we had to be from the beginning. The rooms are not what we paid for at all, but at least we are not on the street! Conditions are miserable! Dirty, hair in the bathroom and the room, everything is falling apart, no blankets, they were washed, we have to wait until the evening for towels that they were not washed, the disgusting and disgusting breakfast ... The man from the single room moved him once more for last night. And all the time the behavior of the owner and staff was arrogant and impudent, without a gram of regret for what was happening !!! By no means do I recommend the hotel, even without money to offer it to you! Complete miserable !!!

these guys must change the name of the hotel to NEVER AGAIN. Who repeat its visit there should be crazy. Some details: - we booked thru *********** (in order to be sure :)) the rooms to months ago - we should have had 3 rooms for 4 and one single room. The day before our arrival there we received confirmation we have the rooms and we can go. Yes, but no. when we were there it appeared they not have any free room - the stupid guys have been sold everything to us and to somebody else. who knows how many times; - to overpass the situation they propose to put us in a hotel closet to this place. we went there but surprisingly :) they didn't have the rooms we needed. They had 3 double rooms (not bigger than 9 square meters) and 1 for four. As a solution they offered us to put more beds (i don't know where - may be one over other) without any respect to family separation and without any respect to our initial reservation; - at the end they said they cannot do anything more but can help us to rent a hotel nearby but we have had to pay the cost. We asked for reimbursement but of course they refused; - 2 days after our arrival they moved us in that hotel - but what a disaster the hygiene was nowhere - the most dirty place i have ever seen - curly hairs in the rooms and bathrooms, dust. I decided to check the breakfast and gest - room around 20 sq m had to accommodate the all gests. The hygiene was missing again - there was dirty food everywhere - tables, chairs, floor. I asked for a plate and the lady who was there started washing it on the sink.... So, i beg who is intending to go in Istanbul never go to that terrible place. NEVER
