餐廳包一日三餐自助，品種很豐富，晚餐最遲可以吃到凌晨兩點，對喜歡吃吃喝喝的人來説，非常方便，前台和行李員服務很好，行李從大廳到房間，需要樓梯搬上搬下，石頭路面，行李根本拉不動，所以需要行李員幫忙拿
酒店是好酒店，除了房間很潮濕，大床被子太短，蓋不到腳，枕頭不舒服且有頭油味，黑色飛蟲很多，衞生做的不夠到位，其它都還不錯，希望酒店加強服務員的衞生清潔，如果有機會再來，還會繼續入住，謝謝

My husband and I recently had an amazing holiday in this wonderful resort. Every corner of the resort is like a painting 🤩 Everything is very clean and well taken care of, with attention to detail. There's so much green all around. Bougainvillea, Hibiscus 🌺 and Oleander give fairytale vibes. Every person working there is kind and lovely. We also appreciate a lot that the people working at the reception asked us multiple times during our stay if everything was alright, or if we had any suggestions to give to improve their services. We found amazing also the idea of water dispenser all over the resort, also on the beach, to give the opportunity to be always properly hydrated (believe me, the sun in Türkiye is very strong!). We also appreciate a lot the Italian animation, we had a lot of fun with those guys. Top service also at the dinning area, all the waiters are good and very attentive at their jobs. There's a large variety of food available. My husband enjoyed trying different food everyday, I was more into the Italian pasta. Chef Simone proposed different pasta sauce for every meal. We'll never forget the amazing time we had at the Kairaba Bodrum Imperial ❤️

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were initially given a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner. However, the reception staff promptly addressed the issue and moved us to a new room. This room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a well-functioning split AC system, which made our stay more pleasant. The swimming pool area was a highlight of the hotel, providing a nice place to relax and unwind. However, the dining experience was a significant letdown. Despite being a hotel in Turkey, Turkish cuisine was noticeably absent from the menu. The food options were repetitive and lacked flavor, which was disappointing for my family. My husband and daughter, in particular, found the meals unappealing but had to eat out of necessity. On a positive note, the dining experience was somewhat salvaged by the presence of two brothers, Omar and Ramazaan, who worked in the restaurant. They were very welcoming during mealtimes, with Omar’s jokes and funny faces adding a touch of cheer to our otherwise bland dining experiences. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite far from the main town center, requiring a 35-minute drive. This was an oversight on my part, as I didn’t check the distance before booking. In summary, while the hotel had some strong points like the accommodating staff and a pleasant pool area, the poor food quality and lack of variety significantly detracted from our overall experience.

beautiful and exotic location, I think that’s the only positive thing. But the rooms leave a bit to be desired, namely the fact of having problems with ants in the room so that in the morning I wake up with them in bed, not to mention the earwig that was in the children's bed, and this wasn't only on our room as our friends had the same problem. Forgotten things are not reported! When leaving, I forgot the Airpods in the room under the pillow, I realised when boarding. I sent an email to report that I had forgotten it and the customer service didn't even bother arguing that they didn't find anything and that they had already given the room to other customers. IF YOU WANT A SAFE HOTEL FOR YOUR, YOUR CHILDREN AND FOR THE THINGS IN THE ROOM, AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

I highly recommend it, the hotel made a very positive impression on us. Rooms are clean, cleaned and fresh towels every day. Very close to the sea, plenty of free sun loungers. Very nice and friendly service. Interesting attractions, they organize something different every day, so everyone will find something for themselves. I especially recommend Zumba, Busra is very nice, very communicative, a sunshine of entertainment. Various food from all over the world. An interesting addition is the sisha bar. To sum up: we will be happy to come back!

The worst vacation of my life! Based on the description of the offer, we expected a high standard, but the reality was very different. ROOM: Dirt, dust, mold, no hot water, and almost no water pressure, damaged furniture, blood stains all over the room, including the bed, loose screws on the air conditioner, ants all over the room, paper-thin walls—you can watch TV with your neighbors. 😃😃😃 RESTAURANT: Same food every day, undercooked meals, animals in the restaurant near the tables, dirty plates, no fruits. CAFE AND BAR: Unpleasant staff in the cafe, and the coffee is truly awful, the drinks at the bar are undrinkable... After dealing with the travel agency, where even the representative said the photos we provided were disgusting, our complaint was rejected.

Of course, the location is super, the beach and the sea is very pleasant. The water is clear. Animation Team is cool and very helpful, they make a lot of fun. The territory is green and is one of the most interesting i have ever visited. But, there are some questions. For a 4* All Inclusive I dont have any objections, but for a 5* Ultra All Inclusive, I have many questions. I don't understand, how is it called Ultra All inclusive package and not included imported alcohol? Nowhere on the territory of the hotel. Also, today I sau an old woman, maybe 70yrs old, washing her clothes (one full plastic bag of clothes, with soap) in the Turkish bath, which is in the spa zone 🤣. The Coffee point, a small cafe, that should have best coffee in the hotel, barista makes machine coffee in the cardboard cups. And no steamed milk but cold directly from the milk box.
