Deko hotel sangat cantik. Bilik pun selesa dan perabot masih baru. Cuma lantai agak licin jika basah.

Bad smell in the room. Aircon terribly bad, water dripping, not cold. Room 210 must nit stay. I used to always stay at merton if i come to ipoh, now after this bad experience, will not stay here again.

The staff is friendly and location is strategic. The price is abit too high for room condition. The door is abit stuck and toilets is mouldy and leaking as well as the chair is broken.
The room style is nice. It could be better if provide towel ad floor mats.

Nice location. Near to nature. Our toilet is a bjt of problem. Water pound at the WC area. Doesnt go down to the downpipe.

The pros were the room was sufficiently comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was strong. However, we weren’t impressed with the fact that our rooms weren’t cleaned and toiletries weren’t replenished. When we asked the reception when we got back in the evening, they said that we were meant to request for it if I wanted the room cleaned. We were not informed of this requirement when checked in. Also it is not common hotel practice for the hotel guest to have to request for daily cleaning.

Nice hotel. Very good design and concept. Amenities were provided and location was convenient to access. Very near to tourist attraction.

Nice hotel. Like their retro concept. Good Sleep.
Cons:
1st floor lights is sensor controlled. So walkway is very dimly lit most of the time
Hotel location a bit deserted. Away from good eateries.
Even nearby pubs dont serve draft beers.
Didnt try any food in hotel
