Kami suka desain interior rumah ini. Sederhana, minimalis, dan rapi. Semua fasilitasnya berfungsi dengan baik. Kami menikmati masa tinggal kami di sini dan pasti akan merekomendasikannya kepada teman dan keluarga kami yang akan datang berkunjung ke Ipoh!

Rumahnya cukup besar, ber-AC bagus, dan kolam renang dengan pemandangan indah. Layanannya cepat tanggap sesuai permintaan. Sistem parkirnya canggih.

Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Mereka bilang kamar sudah siap tetapi tidak ada kunci yang dimasukkan. Menelepon berkali-kali semua nomor yang diberikan tidak pernah menjawab telepon. Kami terburu-buru untuk janji temu berikutnya tetapi mereka mengabaikan Anda. Ketika kami menemukan staf, mereka sebenarnya hanya duduk di sudut mengobrol di antara mereka. Ketika kami mendapatkan kunci, akan memarkir mobil kami di tempat yang mereka berikan, lagi-lagi ada mobil lain di sana. Menelepon mereka, lagi-lagi tidak mau menjawab telepon. Kami harus mengirim pesan dengan harapan mereka membalas. Ya, mereka menjawab Anda untuk menunggu lalu memberi Anda tempat lain. Pertanyaan saya adalah jika Anda siap, berarti Anda harus menyiapkan semuanya agar kami dapat check in. Kami tidak terburu-buru tetapi kami menerima pesan Anda begitu kami pergi. Tetapi semuanya belum siap. Hal yang gila adalah tidak mau mengangkat telepon untuk peduli dengan masalah tamu, jika tidak mau menjawab telepon, lebih baik jangan meletakkan telepon Anda untuk memberi tahu 'panggilan Anda penting bagi kami' Toilet tidak bersih, masih ada noda di dalam. We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and easy access to call Grab service.The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. We'll definitely be back again in the future. Thank you as my family has a for a great stay in this apartment!

The landlord is responsive to your message and clear instruction on check-in and check-out process. It considered located at ground floor if started from residential floor, 5 floors below is for parking. So the landscaper or whoever are able to view the unit from the garden outside. Not advisable to drive MPV/pickup and SUV or slightly longer sedan if your driving skill not that good as the turning point is narrow and parking lot is small if there’s parking bay on left and right. We chose to stay in apartment/condo was due to the dining area where we can dine-in with the food takeaway and prefer a bit of home feel but this was our second and last decision. We totally can’t accept the cleanliness, the bed condition and the bathroom leaking problem. We suspected the bed at master bedroom has bed bugs which caused our skin get infected with swollen and itchy bumps for days/weeks and dust mites in the unit as i have allergic reaction by sneezing and mild running nose during 2 nights stays. The bed should be suitable for kid to sleep on only. The poor quality of wooden bed frame is so fragile and shaky like it will break anytime whenever we sit, wake up and turned around. We don’t have any peaceful and comfortable nights during the entire stays. The only one bathroom is leaking and flooded all the times under the toilet bowl. There is also some leaking sounds from the shower area all the times too. The toilet roll provided is poor quality which is so flimsy. Only one bottle of liquid/gel labeled as body wash.

Everything about the place is ok, except the water dispenser don’t seems to work. Located not far from town, easy to get Grab

The house is a bit dusty and has spider webs on the shelves. Location wise it is not near any mall or shopping district within walkable distance. However the security is good and quiet during at night.

We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

We are expecting on additional parking space as we are big family traveling with 2 cars. The parking route are very narrow, not suitable for novice driver. It would be better if landlord could provide washing machine and microwave. Others are excellent.

We enjoyed the stay, but the pillows and the mattresses were too flat and hard for our liking. Otherwise, the unit was clean and cozy.
