Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

It was a very nice trip, I highly recommend catch a bus 302 and travel to Loch Ness also Dunrobin Castle+2 hours on the train but It's will be nice.
About the hotel, breakfast was nice but the same, clean staff very friendly, interesting tonic water with watermelon, lime and mint, American Pool and Gym was nice.

Excellent location and nice large room. Few amenities, but all essentials provided. Service was mostly very friendly.

Lovely stay, great staff. She was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating to our questions. Would definitely come back and stay with them ❤️

The location is great, walking distance to rail station, many restaurants and shops. The room is clean and they provide cleaning service everyday.

酒店设施陳舊，但也保持清潔，厕所淋浴間设计差，水不斷流到外面，没有牙刷沐浴露及拖鞋供应，但早餐不错。

Could not fault this hotel! Great value for money. Amazing staff. 12pm check out!! Spacious rooms and very clean. 5 minute walk to train station and walkable to bars/restaurants etc. The shower was my favourite.

The Pentahotel Inverness is centrally located and surrounded by eateries, pubs, stores and historical landmarks. It is very convenient even if you only have a day or two to spend in Inverness. Both the bus and train station are located very close to the hotel.

This is the third year we have stayed here whilst we compete in the Inverness Half Marathon.
Unfortunately, this year we found the Saturday night quite noisy. We had problems sleeping due to outside noise (bottles being emptied and people shouting etc), and people internal to the hotel, banging on doors and shouting in the corridors.
I appreciate it's a city centre hotel but we didn't experience these issue on previous stays.
