Words can’t express how grateful I am to the team at Shangri La Colombo. I was travelling with my grandma who is 91 years old so I wanted to book our stay at a place that I could count on . I have experienced the hospitality of Shangri-La at other parts of the world and I was hopeful that it would be the same. They did not disappoint. Right from Masood at the door to Dileka at breakfast and Waruna at the Concierge , our every need was met, and then some! It’s fully accessible if you have reduced mobility , and everyone who works there is constantly thinking ahead, so that you feel comfortable. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the hospitality is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the entire team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday.

Cinnamon Lakeside is an upscale hotel resort in the heart of downtown Colombo From front desk service to spacious & well-maintained rooms to amazing amenities including a fully equipped gym (sauna & hammam) with an outdoor pool with view on the Beira lake, this property is a top choice for a comfortable stay in Sri Lankan capital. Highly recommended : Amazing service 👍 Beautiful and tasty room decoration👍 Amazing facilities for a « city resort » property 👍 Delicious breakfast 👍

My stay at Clock Inn Colombo was a great experience and perfect for backpackers and budget travelers. The hostel is located in a convenient area, close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with lockers provided for safety. The common areas were cozy and a good place to meet other travelers. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to share travel tips. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. Overall, it offers excellent value, comfort, and community for anyone visiting Colombo.
