Hotel dengan Wifi di Marseille

"Le type de chambre réservé sur Trip n’existe pas dans l’hôtel. Après demande de changement de chambre car j’avais réservé vu mer et la chambre donnée n’avait pas de vue mer, nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon vue piscine et marina. Le petit déjeuner est très bien: beaucoup de choix et bonne qualité des produits"

"Hotel has nice decorated hall, bar and private parking. Staff at the reception was polite and often did their best answering our requests, but sometimes they were more eager to explain us all the rules and cared not much. Bar closed around 10 pm. It was not a restaurant, most of the dishes from menu were absent and there were not much to eat at all. There were no bathrobe and slippers which is pretty not standard for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not good. Everyday was one sort of ham, sausages and scrambled eggs, croissants and yogurt with fruits. It always ended at 10. Not even longer on weekend. Staff at the breakfast was so arrogant. I felt superfluous. Cleaning was okey, but very chaotic, they always forgot black tea or towel or paper or etc. Always pushing reading lights into pillows - this is crazy. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, tea facilities were convenient. Nice pictures of Marseilles, nice colors of the furniture. A/c was good, but not the coldest, though we were in the hot period where it was 40 outside. Windows are not big, no balconies, so it is a little bit gloomy. Shower and wc worked good. There was grocery shop just around the corner and shopping mall. Hotel has strange location though everything seems close on the map, in fact we never walked even to the Old Port, because for us it was too much walking. But it was convenient to use a car with private parking. This made our trip really good."

"Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat setelah tiba di Stasiun Kereta St. Charles. Kamar ini memiliki dapur kecil, tetapi peralatannya agak kotor dan secara keseluruhan kamarnya agak tua dan kotor. Namun, kondisinya tidak terlalu buruk sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan di malam hari. Penginapan ini masih layak untuk dikunjungi. Jalanan di sekitar hotel bisa sangat berbahaya di malam hari. Ada orang-orang yang berteriak dan membuat keributan, tempat yang sangat gelap, jadi harap berhati-hati. Yang terbaik adalah dispenser air di resepsionis, yang menyediakan air soda!"

"The studio room in the hotel is quite spacious and clean. The hotel seems to be new and can reached by trams from the train and bus statoion. The room has a capsule coffee machine and a towel drying rack. There is en even small kitchen if you would like to stay longer."

"Upside: The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft. The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient. There are a few kitchen utensils There's a metro station near by There are shower gel and towels Downside: The hitter was barely working The deposit had to be made through card, no cash. Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood. There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes"

"Если вам нужно близко к порту и вы отправляетесь в круиз, то в целом, можно. Отель вызывает вопросы, все крайне просто и не всегда чисто. Район сам по себе не вызывает доверия, но это можно сказать и обо всем Марселе, везде надо вести себя аккуратно и за всем следить. Номер маленький, но похож на тот, что на фото, в ванной были волосы, кровать относительно свежая, если не сильно придитраться и именно вопрос ночлега, то вполне подойдет. Наверное, свою функцию отель выполняет. Но, повторюсь, для очень непридирчивых."

"Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved."
