TTamuWe totally recommend this hotel. It's in a beautiful old building, very well preserved and refurbished, and in a great location: in the Xidi old town, but a little bit more isolated, in the more quiet and less touristy area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very stylish, it even had a tiny annexed studio room with desk and interesting books with a good kettle and tea set available. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a very nice bathtub and heated toilet. Our host was super nice and helpful, he came to pick us up and dropped us at the bus station at the end of our stay. He's really friendly and gave us some nice tips on visiting the surrounding villages. He has a very cute dog and a cuddly cat :) Only negative comment: the room's window is on the side of the main road, so you can hear all the cars passing by. But even then, a great stay!

TTamuWe felt incredibly fortunate to stay at Danyuan Boutique Inn. The host was very welcoming and took extra care with everything. We had great conversations, and even though we had to use translation apps, we felt like friends after just one day. His wife cooked a wonderful dinner and breakfast for us of local cuisine - it was a unique and authentic experience. This was our favourite place to stay throughout our extensive travel through China! I strongly recommend to everyone: Chinese and international travellers. Thank you!

CCharlie M DeanZhang Mansion is a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the ancient village, its decor and furnishing is fitting with the historic setting but with modern, clean and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend to others! Hotel manager was very communicative, but you need to have WeChat. They can communicate in English by message with you. The rooms were stunning, service was excellent and the communal areas were beautiful and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was freshly made and they were able to accommodate our requests. Some of the rooms require ascending steep stairs, so if you have accessibility needs it would be best to inform the hotel in advance. Bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. The addition of the tea ceremony area is brilliant. The mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean with good pressure hot water. The hotel also put us in touch with a honest and reliable driver that we used for transfers from the bullet train station as well as a trip to Huang Shan (yellow mountain).

TTamuThe Pig’s Inn is a very cozy place that makes you feel like home. Bishan village is far away from the city so I asked the hotel for help with taxi arrangement. Manager Fang Xin (方鑫) gave me the contact to the driver who was always on time and gave me lots of tips about hiking up mount Huang. The room in the hotel was really clean and warm regardless of the very cold weather outside. The hotel staff is super nice, they waited for us with dinner till really late. As my family is really picky when it comes to food Pig’s Inn was a perfect place to eat dinner and breakfast as they made all the dishes according to the needs of my family. In the evening there was a huge spider in our room (came there suddenly), the nice woman form the hotel helped us to remove it from the room. Everything was perfect and our trip was really nice thanks to the Pig’s Inn ☺️

TTamu早就想來皖南看看水墨江南了 很高興來到西遞訂到了這家民宿古居·半耕草堂 真的是一次特別愉快的住宿體驗 這家店是明清保存下來的古居改成的 衹做了四間房 進門就受到深深的歷史沉澱感 院裏院外都是客棧老闆自己淘置的老物件古董古蹟 明顯的感到房主的用心經營 我們來時已經傍晚 沿着西遞古村的田野小路踏進了客棧 “燈火深時書有味，墨花晨綻字生香”用這句詩來形容草堂的夜景是更合適不過了。管家小哥非常熱心的給我們介紹每處建築環境細節來由 旁邊有個小閣樓真是讓我驚喜不斷 一樓是茶室 管家小哥熱情耐心地挑選茶葉茶品 供我們浸泡飲用 真的有被感動到🥹 二樓是觀景台還有架古箏 牆上處處的字畫瓷器木雕等等 足以讓人聯想到古時大户人家的院門生活。入住這家民宿 真的幫我加了很多分 沉浸學習到很多徽州文化帶來的魅力 給我這次“文化之旅”圓滿的畫上了句號哈哈。 下次再來一定還會入住半耕草堂 這邊去附近碧山 呈坎 宏村 屏山等等景區都很近！😊

XXinlingheshentizailushang偶爾網上刷到的民宿，看是喜歡的裝修風格，就訂了。 果然，網不欺我。非常安靜的小院子，晚上拍到了 滿天繁星，然後一夜好眠。 老闆是個人美心善的小姑娘，離店的時候忘了把房卡放下，等老闆電話過來，人已到了盧村。 最後把房卡放在宏村某快遞點，害小姑娘百忙之中跑一趟，真的很抱歉。 民宿的狗狗也非常可愛，狗隨主人。😁 民宿離奇墅湖不遠，一大早去拍晨霧，可能是時間點不對，還有拍的技術不行，效果一般。 如果想在民宿用餐，需要提前預約。 川西和皖南是我的最愛之一之二，人生的第三次皖南行，完美。 準備買張黃山年卡，春天再來。

TTamuWe had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in Huangcun. The owner was very kind—she personally met us and even helped carry our luggage to the hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese house style, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely views. Its location inside the old village is very convenient for sightseeing and just a short walk to the ticket gate. Highly recommended!
