Hostel di Hainan, China

One of the best hostels I've been to. A really cheap price - even a single room is quite cheap. In a quiet part of town, so the sleep quality is amazing (especially if you take the single room so there are no noises at all) There are a lot of social places on the first floor and very friendly residents and staff, the often cook and eat meals and you can join them. The hostel is next to a big night market and an area of local restaurants. If I go to haikou again, I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Good location. Convenient to go places, bus stops restaurants beach and shops are all nearby. The place isn't new and in this case it's more of a compliment it's got some soul. People are circulating here and life goes on. It's a bit of a gamble who you are going to meet and the experience here was mostly positive. Stayed here for 8 days. The outside area is amazing. Overall pleasent experience

I recently stayed for three nights in a private room at this hostel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was surprisingly comfy, which is a big plus for a hostel! The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The hostel features an onsite café/restaurant that serves western food; however, the dining area is outdoor seating only, and many guests smoke in the vicinity. It would be great if the hostel could provide a non-smoking eating area, especially since there’s no option to eat inside. I arrived after midnight and had to contact the hostel to be added on WeChat for my check-in, as the front desk isn’t open 24/7, so it’s something to keep in mind for late arrivals. The shower facilities were good, with complimentary shampoo and shower gel provided, but I noticed there was no hand soap at the sinks, which would have been a nice touch. The hostel also offers a washing machine and dryer for an extra fee, which is convenient for longer stays. During my time there, I spent my days at the beach and had a fantastic time at the Atlantis water park, which I highly recommend! Overall, this hostel is a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the beach, though some improvements in the dining area and check-in process would enhance the experience.

Halo. Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami di Cina, kami baru saja memesan kamar untuk malam pertama. Setibanya di sana, ternyata ini adalah sebuah asrama dan anak laki-laki ada di satu kamar, anak perempuan di kamar lain. Agak merepotkan, saya tidur, tapi suami saya tidak bisa datang kepada saya, karena laki-laki tidak boleh masuk 😆 Secara umum, pemiliknya sangat baik dan yang lainnya. Saya tidak merekomendasikannya kepada keluarga, hanya saja merepotkan.

我們在這裏住了兩天，剛開始其實挺慌張的，因為我們是晚上到的，但是老闆性格挺好的⊙▽⊙，酒店WIFI也特別強，免費的，樓下還有泡麪什麼的，可以在老闆那買，空調什麼的都很好，後面住習慣了，覺得很温馨，超不錯。

I stayed here for 5 days in the off season. Booked a single room, price was decent. The bed was comfortable, it had a desk for me to work during the day. There's a gym on the ground level that honestly has all the equipment I needed, a rare thing in these parts. The owner is from dongbei and was super friendly, he treated us to baijiu and frozen pears (dongbei). This was a great spot to chill out for a while and relax. I should probably mention that my Mandarin is pretty good. I met another traveller that could speak English but other than that you might need to whip out the ol goog translate. I needed to move on otherwise I would've stayed here longer, great place!
