The room was a great size and had everything we needed. Struan, the on-duty manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Should we find ourselves in Perth again, we would definitely return to the Civic. Highly recommend.

friendly staffs, nice balcony, good location, a few minutes from supermarket and pharmacy. near Morley there are big shopping centres, many Asian shops and restaurants. Also has local shops and restaurants.
free parking, coffee and tea maker , microwave and fridge .

The only issue was there were no dedicated staff looking after hotel guests. Everyone was focused on the pub. It was near impossible to get questions answered , and check in was pretty much a lottery ( due to delayed flights). Great accommodation but no lifts and no phones to call for help. You sorta had to call the public bar. But jeez the bar wS always busy.

Room was simple but clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Windows were difficult to open so it needed the airconditioner running.
The toilet got blocked during the night and overflowed.
The music was loud til midnight (Friday night)

No frills check-in at the bar, linen and room were very clean. Room was facing the main road and hence can hear the road noise, but it would not be a problem if you don’t mind. Coles is next door and the bar was good.

Did not realise the pub music would be so loud and vibrate through to the rooms upstairs....until late at night....as well as the patrons.
No private/separate area to check in. Check in was at the bar.
Room was nice enough, but definitely only surface clean!
Fine for what it was but unlikely I would stay at this accommodation again.
