Needed to spend a short night and go to track for Motorsport event next day so our stay was barely 7-8 hrs. Property did not have amenities stated. No breakfast. Even though stated numerous places in listing. Did not have working lamps above bed. And had many ROACHES. A/c couldn’t keep up and was noisy and not blew into curtains and did not circulate in room. Hot bathroom without working vents.

Service from Karen at the front desk is great . This is my new home away from home when visiting Palm Desert from LA. It is off Hwy 111 and very practical to go to the restaurants and shops. The amenities are limited but very nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

Hotel stay was decent but only thing I didn't like about my stay was I went to pool and hot tub and both looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days so I just went back to my room instead.

The hotel room needed a fresh coat of paint and repairs. The check-in staff person was not fully informed about dining options in the area.

Get what you pay for. Half the price of other hotels, gets you half the amenities and quality. Rooms are run down. If you check in after 8pm. Expect to go to the bullet proof window outside. Staff is short and don't ask for special requests cause you ain't getting em.

Staff was not friendly, the ice machine was not working, our refrigerator did not work, the sink leaked water all over my electronics on the counter from a bad value. The front desk did not care. The person in front of me in line to check out were complaining and the people behind me were complaining too!

NOT worth the price. this looks like a motel. shower wasn't working. this should be $50-$80 a night not $200 .
