excellent hotel. next to train station (easy access to Seoul) and nearby shopping centres. very attractive surrounding with lots of restaurants and tourist sites such as Hanok village, Songdo Central park, Songdo tribowl structure

Always a good stay. Friendly staff and right in front of subway. Will book again

Everything was good: clean room, friendly staff. The only small thing is the soft pillow wasn't soft for me.

Great location. Canal and park just outside the hotel. Lots of eateries around and subway exit is just round the corner. Room was spacious and view was nice. Slight problem with the drainage in the bathing area.

Second time staying here. Got the king bed room. Very spacious room and very clean. Locations great.. Just on the north side of Central Park. Will stay again next time we visit Songdo

Attitude of reception need to be trained

It was a good stay, can't fault it and especially with the service. Also nice bar/restaurant area downstairs

Very clean hotel and friendly staff . Good breakfast buffet spread , will be good if day to day , the menu can be changed more , instead of just 2 or 3 dishes being changed . Beside hotel , there is this 4 storey plaza where are the restaurants are , many choice to eat . Also next to central park train station , so so convenient .

Good rest in comfortable room, good location next to small pedestrian street with restaurants.

Well located in Incheon and easy to reach Incheon Airport by taxi (by the time I stayed there the shuttle bus were suspended)

The room facilities were not working that well. One room's toilet flooded after showering, and another room's air-conditioning did not go lower than 27 degrees.
