Ulasan J7 Plaza Hotel

The hotel is new and beautifully decorated ,but no good experience. The aircon is leaking ,2 days of disruption of water supply, they provide a gallon of water to use for toilet the water from the faucet is dirty dark colour,hot water is limited.The staff are courteous and respectful .

Great hotel. Exeeded our expectations. Will stat again in this hotel in our next visit

There are some problems inside the room. Aircon leaked and no hot shower in the BR.assigned to me during my 1st day. I raised this and requested for room transfer which they acted upon. But my new room still has an aircon leaked problem. I noticed curtains have stained while towels already on its overused status (not anymore white in color). But the hotel is clean and organized and staff are easy to.deal.with my requests.

The hotel is situated just beside the road. It's close to the FESTIVE WALK as well. The personnel is very accommodating, especially the security guard. Despite not having a window view because it was immediately against a wall, my room was tidy. Everything about the elevator worked well, although the other one was not functional at the moment. Their lobby was elegant, which I liked.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Place is clean and spacious.

Overall, the stay was okay. Cheap hotel wirh good bed. Not so convenient with small choices of food establishments. They’re branding themselves as “luxury”, don’t be deceived since they’re far from luxury. There’s cockroaches on our room, ants, and dripping air conditioner. Swimming pool should be closed for maintenance, tiles are everywhere and you can step on them while swimming! SAFETY HAZARD! Welcome drink is appreciated, but the bar is too loud and empty. You can hear the banging music from ground floor elevator, rooms are not sound proofs so be mindful. Staffs are nice and attentive thought so that’s a plus points!

My family enjoyed it so much. The only thing is that the tv keeps going in and out we cant even watch a movie but overall everything's nice

Check in for a night,love the place and easy access. Anyways i forgot my phone charger after we check out and they keep for me,salute to the cleaners department gor being honest💕 Thank you J7 palza hotel will definitely check in again soooonnnnn❤️

Staff is okay. Maganda ang hotel at malinis. Breakfast is okay lang din buffet naman. You will pay php 366 each which is worth it kasi hapon na busog pa rin kami😊. Sana lang ung mga front desk tumatayo kapag nag papacheck in at nag aassist sa guest. Hindi maganda tignan na nakaupo cla while doing it. Sana ma raise sa management.

Hotel location is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby looks fine. The problem is the room that we got was noisy. You can hear the vehicles running from the street. The bidet in our room didn't work but they were able to fix it. The elevator floors were always wet and you could always find used dishes on the corridors. We were there on a weekend so the band or the music was so loud until the wee hours of the night (3am).

The room we got on the 2nd flr had a big shower but the water would flood the entire bathroom since there was no partition. We informed the front desk and they were kind enough to transfer us to another room on the 6th flr. It was nicer and had a better shower but the rooftop bar made too much noise that I wasn't able to sleep until after 3am. The breakfast buffet was good value for money though. Tip: this is a decent affordable hotel near the festive walk area but if you're checking in on a friday or saturday then steer clear away from the higher floors to avoid the noise.
