Ilk başta personel cok cok kibar yemekler Cok iyi en ölü sezon olmasina ragmen kuzu tandirdan icli kofteye patlican kebebindan baklavaya 4, 4 luk menüler ve lezzetli , odasi ***et konforlu, tesis alani ***et geniş ve ferah,tek zayif noktasi plaj kısmı yeterince şık degil ama yine de herturlu olanak mevcut servis ve plaj personel cok iyi hepsine teşekkürler...

Temiz değil. İçecekler kalitesiz. Çalışanlar ilgili güler yüzlü yardımcı oluyorlar

Lobide oda verdiler. Sabaha kadar masa koltuk sandalye çekilme gürültüsünden uyuyamadım. Yemekler lezzetsiz.

Es ist eine schöne Anlage zum erholen und die Lage ist schön zentral.

The room was good, but they did not change the towels. There was a problem with the bar. There is a bar at the reception and another at the pool. The wait was very long at the bar. When we arrived at the hostel, the receptionist asked for a tip to give us the room. When cleaning the room, the worker asked for a tip and at the bar the same. They asked for a tip evry were they askedfor tip is not normal really. It was a bad experience

This was the worst hotel ever!! False advertisement on love holidays as a 6 star I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. We got there at 7am in the morning after a very delayed flight and the staff told us we could not check in till 2pm so we were hot, angry and tired. After 20 minutes he said he had made a mistake and that our room was ready. When we went in to the room, the floor boards were damaged, the bed was ripped on the sides and the sink was broken in the toilet as well as this the table didn’t look clean. So we went back and they moved us to a better room which still had a leaking sin, the AC didn’t work and when we asked about this they said it’s busy and nothing is available. It’s meant to be a 5 star yet you have to pay for drinks and also have to pay for WiFi as well as £30 for using the iron too! They will scam you and try to take your money even though it’s an all inclusive. At the bar we even saw them filling the juice boxes and mixing them with Tap water. The hygiene of the place is horrible. Imagine being there in 40 degrees and not having AC in your room, we could not sleep at night at all due to the heat. The staff are also very rude and do not know what customer service is. If you want to have a nice holiday in Turkey DO NOT GO HERE!! Book a better hotel and do your research properly before going!! Be careful.

Merhaba, Nice little 8 night break!! Not long back from this hotel staff were friendly and spoke English, food was good, the alcohol wasn’t the best as it was local and got a bit boring, the rooms were cleaned every day although I had to keep asking for the coffee and tea to be restocked… the night time entertainment wasn’t the best but a big shout out to the animation team especially Dogan that boy works hard.. not much going on in the day luckily the hotel is close enough to the markets etc.. if you are looking for a pool holiday it’s perfect… To sum it up we got what we paid for and we are happy with that! Teşekkür ederim to all the team at Serenis.

I was worried about our stay given such negative reviews but found the hotel to be really good. The rooms are a good size with blackout curtains, which was perfect for sleeping in. The pools are lovely with water slides and a great smaller kids pool with mini slides, perfect for little ones. The staff on the whole spoke English and always seemed attentive. The hotel beach area was good too and there a shuttle bus if the walk is a bit far. The kids entertainment was fun especially the nightly mini disco. We arrived at night and were given a double not a triple but the issue was dealt with swiftly and we had the correct room within minutes. The beer and wine were much better than expected and although not an extensive cocktail list they were happy to tailor it to suit as far as was possible. The spa is on the expensive side perhaps but we had a lovely 2 hour massage. Our daughter unfortunately cut her chin badly during our stay but the onside medical staff dealt with it brilliantly getting us to the local hospital quickly. The food is the only downside as it does get a bit repetitive but I wasn't expecting haute cuisine given the cost of the hotel. There's a bus at the end of the road that can get you to Side that has some lovely restaurants, though I appreciate you have to pay!!! One word of warning, don't get scammed in to going to the Land of Legends night show it's rubbish and absolutely not worth the money....unless you like luxury shopping as it's in the middle of a vast shopping centre!!!!

The air conditioning in the rooms were not working properly. there was no wifi for guest Too restrictive with timings or meals

Die zimmer wurden nicht so gut gereinigt, unser Spiegel wurde die ganzen 10 Tage nicht sauber gemacht. Die pools waren leider nicht so sauber. Die Kinderanimation mit mimi war super. Das essen war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Die servicekräfte waren freundlich und nett.
