Very deceiving pictures. The room was small, with air-con and refrigerator so loud and noisy that we had to turn them off at night. Buffet breakfast had limited options and the service at restaurant was very bad. 

We were not told that $100 deposit was required, and had to pay with a physical credit card.

The hotel was good in size and close to where I want to be. Will be back if possible.

The hotel falls within the 2–3 star range, and I noticed that they didn't seem to have many guests during my stay. I requested a possible late check-out, but the response was neither accommodating nor friendly, which was disappointing, especially considering that other hotels of similar level have previously allowed me to stay a couple of hours longer as a courtesy. Unfortunately, they seemed to charge extra for every small request, even those that are often offered as a basic service or gesture of goodwill. This, combined with the overall low service quality, did not leave a positive impression. expensive and not worth staying.

We loved our room, the only thing we didn’t have but we would have liked was a toilet brush in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy. The room décor was modern and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. The breakfast was nice, the coffee not so good! Overall a nice stay.

Very perfect for family trip.

Located across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands. We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times. Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer.

The location was right between the CBD and fortitude valley. Need a little bit of walk. The staffs were super nice, and the room and facilities were good.

outstanding service, superb food at restaurant or room service. Pleasantly delighted to receive food and beverage vouchers and a welcome drink. Beautiful roof top pool and gym.
