Miramare Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

BEST HOTEL EVER !Myself and my partner have never been to a better hotel than this, the pictures on the website definitely does not do it justice. The quality of food is 5 ⭐️ and the service from all members of staff were off top quality. I would like to give a special mention to Emre who served us each night in the pool beach bar, he was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning. Thank you from Brendan and hannah.

Bed a bit on the hard side. But the room was spacious and cleaned well. Carly at the customer relations desk was brilliant with us. Good luxury feel to the hotel. The staff were very courtious and very friendly. Food was excellent! Entertainment was reasonably good. Would definitely go again But would say its a very German oriented hotel. But don't let this put you off.

Our first time to try Turkey for our annual holiday! It’s was amazing! Great hotel, very good and pleasant staff! We enjoyed everything: the food, the drinks, the spa, the sea! It was one of the greatest place to stay! Very clean rooms, great entertainment! I did not mind about the WiFi as when away we try to stay away from the online world! I highly recommend this hotel! We are already looking forward for 2025 and hopefully we can do 2 weeks instead of 1! P.s the waitress: Hatice from breakfast it was amazing

I have been going to Turkey for more than 12 years and I have never had such a bad experience with a hotel as I had with this one. we studied a lot and reviewed before deciding to choose this hotel, but they are not real at all. ever since I arrived I had a bad experience at the hotel reception receiving a different room than the one I had paid for, the reason being that the room I paid for is occupied. I stayed for 2 days in a low-cost room, paying more, with the promise from them that they would give me a front view camera at no extra cost for the mistake they made. After 2 days, I actually received the room I had paid for, not front view camera as I was assured. so 2 days lost in a low cost room without anyone returning even the difference in money, me paying for a superior room. as far as the food is concerned, this is repeated daily and there are very few options to choose from. the restaurants are open at about the same time, if you want to eat something between meals or if you missed a main meal, you have to wait for the next one. in the evening there is a change in the food at dinner, for example in the Italian evening they only had tiramisu and risotto extra compared to the normal food. on the entertainment side, very bad in the evening, being 2 activities. 20:30-21:15 mini kids disco and 21:15-22:00 a show for the adults. starting with 22:00 there is nothing to do. Verry low english speak on all personal . the only ok ones were the girls from the kids club who really do their job well, they are gentle and good with children. there is no bar on the beach, it is close to the pool, you have to walk a bit to get something to drink. Overall is a hotel to avoid , only looking good from outside but cleaning and all is terrible . Ps :I know hotel will reply and I cannot reply back ,so I will leave you here photos of first room and second room so you guys can see truth. First picture is the first room we receive at arrival ( land view witch they say wass sea side view :))) ) and second picture is the room we initially pay for ( sea side view not front side view ) as they say il receive as upgrade because of mistake they made at first time ! Worst experience ever !!!

We loved everything about this hotel, food, drinks, grounds and entertainment were fantastic. Branded drinks in all the bars, great for us being able to get our favourites, Jack Daniels & Bacardi. The pools were heated when we were there, which was great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. They have a fab entertainment team, who were not pushy if you didn’t want to join in any activities, special shout out to Ahmet, Dilar & Recap, Dilar’s water aerobics is a must! They have their own private beach and beach bar, only 5 mins walk. There is lots of shops nearby and a large shopping mall within 10 mins walk. The only disappointment we had was that we were only there for a week! We will definitely go back again.

Great Hotel 5 star. We chose this hotel as it was the same price as Greece maybe a little cheaper. The quality is there, enough food choices every night ,local entertainment with a pool bar restaurant. Food was an excellent standard. Temperature was 28-32 so nice in the evenings. Beach a short walk across landscaped garden. The hotel was Very nicely laid out. Smoking wasn’t allowed inside the Hotel, but everywhere else terrace, pool bar and beach was fine, you could enjoy the aroma of cigars with your lunch. Water sports was all here on the beach jet ski, speed boats, loud beating dance music from the boats so you didn’t really need to take a radio. We tried the parasailing which was part of the Hotel so is very safe, must say was amazing, at only 90 euros, it was just a shame we couldn’t afford the photos which would of cost us another 160 euros for the package on top. All in all we enjoyed this experience, Outside are the shops which are the local tours, clothes, tea, handbags,etc. The Hotel specialty Fish restaurant was 10/10. Well done Miramare staff, and Carley who spoke English and could help us, and the cats that kept us company.
