Yemekler ***et güzeldi, hizmet ve temizlik de öyle. Alkollü ve alkolsüz içeceklerin çoğu güzeldi. Geceleri güzel eğlenceler oluyor. Çalışanları ***et güler yüzlü. Sonraki tatillerde de gelmeyi düşünüyorum.

這個酒店居然給我們升級了房間，酒店的服務很好，晚上有很長時間的表演。這家酒店像花園一樣美麗。食物也比較豐富，餐廳環境很好。

Hizmet kalitesi üst düzey, yemekler başarılı, odalar temiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Excellent customer service from all staff I encountered. Elvon, checked us in and made us feel welcomed. They have coffee shop, ice-cream stand, patisserie, snack shop, bbq and amazing restaurant managed by Ahmet who runs a tight ship with exceptional attentions to detail. I would like to mention Rehal and Bahar who ensured our family recieved the best service day after day. Food and drink is amazing, fresh and full of flavour. Staff at bar , especially Serdem, Sidar and Seval are really friendly and ensured all guests received the same fantastic service. Tia kept us fit and relaxed with her aqua aerobics and yoga daily. Entertainment was fun and vibrant, and different night after night. Although there were not many families that looked like us, having a Caribbean heritage, we did not feel uncomfortable and staff did everything to make us happy. I would 100%visit again, my 12 year old and my young adult daughter both enjoyed the facilities, exceptionally clean hotel and the amazing staff. The spa , albeit slightly expensive was a bonus and we enjoyed Turkish baths and massages and using the facilities daily. Finally I would like to thank Sule in guest relations who stopped the transfer mini bus from leaving without me.My only complaint is that the Tv welcome page displayed the previous guests name on the welcome page but that’s minor.

Positives Beautiful scenery Tasty food in particular the deserts Coffee bar was a brilliant bonus. The iced coffees were amazing Mediterranean a La carte definitely worth a visit. Can’t comment on the Turkish as we didn’t visit it. Mini was bar amazing and topped up daily Everywhere was really clean Day and night entertainment perfection Sun beds were comfy but do need to be reserved early to ensure poolside Beach was absolutely beautiful with clear sea perfect for swimming in Pool wasn’t massive but not an issue Staff were friendly enough Negatives The variety of food was limited for picky eaters Entertainment started too late Hassled as soon you leave the hotel to go on boat trips etc Transfer is long would recommend booking private We found the waiter staff not to be as friendly as previous reviews had implied Overall a great week away for the price point but probably won’t return

Been visiting turkey nearly 30 years this hotel best all inclusive we've been in. Entertainment team fantastic, food drinks Entertainment snacks outstanding the staff can't do enough for you. Restaurant manager superb waiters waitresses so attentive lifeguard so helpful cannot fault hotel rooms lovely we've booked for may 2025 that good even tempted our husbands back too turkey after 10 years

Honestly this place is one of the best. Went as a family of 3 - two adults and our 11 year old, we had the nicest time and were sad to leave. We booked 10 nights but could have easily done 14. It was the beautiful surroundings that made us book this hotel with the location being seafront and having its own beach- we are pretty active so thought we’d get some good walks in and bike rides, then spend the rest of the day messing in the sea. Sadly we didn’t realise how exhausting July/August temperatures were, so basically spent the majority of the holiday around the hotel, which is what surprises us that we could have stayed longer as we’ve never been people who thought we could do a beach/ pool holiday. The Positives: The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. We loved the outdoor areas, we spent a good few days on the private beach, swimming in the sea. Then alternated and came to the pool and participated in a couple of activities put on by the animation team. The animation team work hard and were lovely, whilst we didn’t get fully involved (our daughter wasn’t interested) I think for those that did, the animation team make a big impact on their holiday. Sun beds- we never had an issue getting a sun-bed and this was mid summer holidays, I can only assume the sun beds that get reserved and annoy people are the ones right by the pool, they were reserved by 6am most days, but the row behind usually had a couple of beds free around 9am ish and then further back we got them at anytime of the day- just probably not in the best sunbathing spots. There was always space on the beach though. The food was amazing- we really enjoyed it, never found it difficult to eat in the main restaurant, I liked that there were lots of healthy salads and vegetables to try with your main dish. The puddings were also tasty, my daughter particularly liked the macaroons. We loved the coffee bar by the pool with the lovely server who was my standout member of staff, she works Monday to Friday and was super friendly, my daughter loved the iced chocolate she made her. Everyone loves the waffle and ice cream bar! We also had a great meal at the Turkish A La Carte- sometimes A La Cartes can be very hot and miss- but I thought this one was really good. As all other reviews have said - The staff in general are 5 star all the way- work very hard but also balance a very friendly happy demeanour, they are a credit to Hotel Aqua and should be the example for other hotels! On our last holiday the staff would actively avoid serving you drinks and the queues for the bar/ eating areas were ridiculous and that was a 4 star plus hotel. At Hotel Aqua you never had to wait to be seated and they are straight on getting you a drink/ topping up your drink/ giving you water- never experienced anything like it. You actually have a holiday. On the final day- I used the spa where I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had- as a person who has worked in a spa and goes two/ three times a y

Lovely hotel, great location and fabulous staff. Had a four night stay, wish it could of been longer. Good quality food & service in restaurant. Nice pool area and close to the beach where they also have a section with sunbeds for guest use. Nothing felt like too much trouble here, staff went above & beyond. Great entertainment team and visible management. 100% recommend a stay at Hotel Aqua, icmiler

Husband & I have returned home this morning after our 14 night stay, think this was our 7th or 8th time here as we love it, I would like to thank reception for the beautiful room we were given with the amazing pool & sea view. Our room was made up everyday by Cavide who done a great job. Was great to get the fridge topped up every day if you drank or ate anything from it. The restaurant manager Ahmet I think is his name is great & has a fantastic bunch of guys & girls working for him, Isaac is very hard working & pops up morning noon & night, great to see Ercan still working here too, Mohammed in the restaurant stood out for us & served us several times with keeping our water & wine topped up but they are all fantastic. Food is available almost all day & is very tasty & the barbecue every night is an added bonus to the restaurant. Waffle corner don’t miss it even just for ice cream. Loved the melon slushes this year topped up with Bacardi . The entertainment this year on the evening was the best I’ve seen so far & much better than previous years. The entertainment team do a great job & i have no idea where they get their energy from. Quite busy round the pool for sun beds & space but the beach has loads & if your lucky will get a nice breeze down there, weather was very very hot . 2nd time staying at hotel Aqua and won’t be the last, last year was brilliant but this year even better! Every member of staff there contribute to the 5 stars this hotel deserves! Berker, Berkin, Gaye and the other entertainers are unbelievable people who ensure everyone has a great time but are never pushy, you feel like family the minute you get there! George the lifeguard is again a massive character at the hotel and goes above and beyond everyday! Food is a little repetitive but very tasty so it’s no issue! Can’t wait to return! Thank you

Our 3rd time at the Aqua, and it was nice to see some refreshing of the hotel, on entrance it looks amazing and our 14 days there stayed amazing, all staff are so very attentive and friendly and nice to see retuning members of staff who always remember you out of what must be thousands of guests over the season. Nothing too much trouble for any of them. We love the jewellery shop, the hairdresser and the local shoppie, food was always great and I never had the same thing twice which was quite an achievement. The animation team have really upped the programme from last year, so it’s even better! No excuse not to enjoy your stay, you can relax by the pool, or at one of the bars, or join in with the many activities if you choose, even local businesses would recognise the wrist band and say what a wonderful hotel we were staying at, can’t say enough about it.

Me and my wife Victoria came to this hotel let me be honest turkey is one place I would never want to visit but we came and let me say I would never go anywhere else myself and my wife have been made to feel like family I am in love with the place the twins and like brothers the whole team make it plus the service is 2nd to none from the cleaning staff to the managers everyone says hi if you need any thing they help im in love with this place so from the bottom of my heart thank you for everything I will never go anywhere else I love you guys love Mr and Mrs Gibson xxx
