"25.02.16 (Sun) The service of the tall man and woman who worked at night was the worst. - I cooked squid and popcorn in the microwave on the 3rd floor that is available for guests, and they said, “I tried not to talk about it, but the smell is so bad that you should use the convenience store microwave.” I answered that it wasn’t food bought at the convenience store, and that I was told that the microwave was available here, and as I was going up to my room feeling bad, they said, “It smells, so open the window quickly,” and we, the guests, heard them talking among ourselves. They didn’t even list foods that shouldn’t be cooked in the microwave, and they didn’t even have a microwave in each room. These two people who provided service as if the guests were at fault are talking nonsense. Isn’t it wrong to say things that could be said nicely in a way that makes customers feel bad? I would like the man and woman who worked the night shift on that day to look back and see if their demands were in line with the hotel management rules. It was the worst service. (The person who guided me during the day was very kind, but I never want to visit again after receiving such unfriendly service at night.)"

"If you are traveling with your family to Icheon, I highly recommend it! The facilities are clean and free of unpleasant odors, and there is a snack corner on the second floor where you can eat for free (ramen, toast, drinks, coffee, milk, boiled eggs, etc.), and even if you come with children, there is free Netflix inside and two computers, so parents can rest comfortably. They also give you a lot of towels. There is a convenience store 1 minute away and a food court 5 minutes away. The downside is that the underground parking lot is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful."

"I stayed here for a business trip near Icheon. The room was clean and tidy, and I really liked the built-in drum washing machine, mini sink, and clothes rack. The welcome drinks in the refrigerator were also a big plus. The parking lot was full, so you have to look carefully for an empty space. There are stairs right in front of the elevator that goes directly from the parking lot to the room, so if you have mobility issues, you can go to the left entrance to get direct access to the elevator. It was convenient because check-in and parking registration were self-service. Next time, I'll have to request a lake view room."

"I liked that the hotel lobby was charming and well-decorated. I especially appreciated being able to have drinks, coffee, ice, and snacks. The high ceilings also added to the atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that the condition of the room was somewhat dated. I was particularly surprised to see water stains and peeling wallpaper under the air conditioner, as it appeared wet. The bathroom condition was also... Still, the bedding was clean, and I liked that there was a side table next to every bed (although it was a bit of a shame that there were no power outlets on the side tables). Being able to watch Netflix and having a reasonable price were positive points."

"I'm traveling with my mom and husband for one night and one day. I've been using the unintel. I was satisfied with my mother in a cleaner and larger space than I thought. It was a single bed and a queen size room. It was winter, so I had a spit and an electric mat. I felt good because I was well organized I've never used Muintel. The room and parking lot are directly connected. It was nice to be able to go to the car without overlapping the other person and the route. However, I couldn't check the lake when I made a reservation. I couldn't find it at the reservation station, so I called the management room. Thank you for your kindness"
