Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills

Local is good near biggest shopping mall in Hyderabad. Food in hotel was great. Surprisingly they have high security. So is very safe n comfortable too.

Room size is decent. Towels look very old and not in white color. Breakfast is acceptable.service during breakfast is good. Body wash, shampoo and other were very intense with lemon smell. Credit card number noted on laptop after completion of payment using swipe machine ..why?

Shavani was very kind and accommodating. Service was prompt and warm. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was decent.

Excellent facililty for long stayers. Comfortable rooms, good bed, varied food and beverage options, well ***nered and polite staff. Special thanks for taking care of my dietary preferences.

Had dinner with family, had a really good experience. Christina really helped us and the service was amazing...........the music is nice will come agian next time 'thank you for the service the foo d was good ,,,,,????especially the dimsum.

Food and ambience is very good , staff attention is excellent especially mr praful f&b sales PDR at hayatt place is very convenient for the small size get together It's sunday brunch loaded with all tastiest dishes , we all had very nice time here for our school friends get together

We really enjoyed our breakfast buffet ,,,,,,,,,,,The Gallery cafe is one of our favourite buffet place in hyderabd so today we came again and had an amazing buffet service by Christina and the team,thank you so much ,for your service the food was nice,Halima ,Sujeet and Sh***kh thank you will come back again,,,,thank you so much

The only minor downside was that some dishes were a bit spicy for my taste, but that's personal preference.
