"Extremely nice and helpful staff. The lady who did the breakfast was a gem! Fixed any issues immediately (our fridge was broken and they brought a new one in an hour). Reasonably clean, good on the budget, and felt safe and was pretty quiet. The breakfast in the AM was a great money saver and was really good."

"The heritage house was very clean when we arrived and cleaned every day we were there. It’s a basic room with beds and a bathroom. Just what we needed right in the center of Hyannis. We were in walking distance to the fairy, museum, restaurants, Main Street, shops and coffee. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and back to our hotel to see the sun rise."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you."

"Recently I have stayed at another place. This other place increased their prices so I decided with the Best Western. I was really impressed. The breakfast has scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausage and more. I was disappointed the king bed wasn't ready so I had the two queens. The pool, hot tub and steam room were great. The staff was a+. The only thing I should mention is having a vending machine on every floor instead of being on the ground floor. Otherwise I would recommend staying here. I didn't even know they had an exercise room."

"The rooms were filthy… the pictures on their website and other sites are totally misleading… rooms look nothing like the images at all… not even remotely close…claims they were updated a year ago… well if it was the got ripped off.. walled and saw a bug walking across the tv stand… tv didn’t work toilet seats were loose… rooms were filthy… spilled food on the sticky floors… we had 2 rooms and both were just as bad as the other… there’s a comfort inn next door owned by the same guy in much better condition but they won’t move you over there… spend your money elsewhere… asked to have someone come to at least tighten the the toilets seats… as I was explaining to the people in the second room we booked a guy comes down the hallway and I asked if he was the maintenance man he said no and said he was something else and walked right between us into the other persons room without identifying himself and stating what he was there for of which an argument ensued as he felt he had the right to walk in a room that his wife was in and daughter… this is ridiculous… I would never recommend this place or return here again"
