"Star rating would actually be “0” if that was possible. The worse hotel experience I have had in 30 years! Hotel is poorly manned, poorly maintained, and poorly run! Staff seem to be bumbling, not sure what to do when confronted with normal issues! Checked in and of the two electronic keys, only one worked and after a hour of trying to figure out what to do, the receptionist said the only fix was to move to another room! Ordered the daily room service only to find out the woman who checked us in did not add us to the daily room cleaning after telling us she did! Avoid the hotel at all costs! It definitely looks from the curb, but the minute you enter you are confronted with a very strange smell."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

Spectacular: elaborate, yet simple preparations by trained chef, satisfying without being too much - a culinary adventure. Next - attentive, personal service: innkeeper guided our activities & destinations & gave us good advice. Third- setting, relatively small (typically Cape Cod) building on a spacious lot, just minutes walk from a public beach. Great stay & memorable experience."

"Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you."

"Under Construction. Hard to navigate. Was not told under construction. Got a surprise bill for a tv damage fee of $500.00. The tv did not work the nite I was there. This past Friday nite. I did not damage the tv. They hit my debit card for a fee without notification. The tv had issues. Would not call me back. Will file a suit if not reimbursed. Sounds like. Ascam"
