Considering the price, the facility was not best. For example, it does not provide Netflix or other VOD services. It has not a bidet. It gave only a bottle of complimentary water. It's stuffy because the room is so small. In spite of all for these, the building and rooms are very clean and brand new.

Located across the street from the closest airport bus stop. Rooms aren’t as modern as other hotels in the area but the bed was very comfortable and no loud noises to be concerned with after hours. Check in and check out were very easy. There is also an express check out drop box if you don’t want to interact with anyone.

Overall, the hotel room was nice and clean. No unpleasant smell. However, the fridge looked like it needed to be cleaned, as the mildew was growing inside. The room size was perfect for 2 people. The city view was very nice. The staff were courteous. I saw that other people commented about slow elevators, but it didn’t feel slow to me. I actually didn’t mind that much.

신라호텔 브랜드라 그런지 시설도 너무 좋고 내부 디자인도 깔끔해서 좋았어요 호텔리어분들 서비스도 만족스러웠구요 호텔 투숙객한테는 조식 19600원인가? 그 가격에 먹을 수 있도록 해뒀던데 저렴한 가격에 조식 뷔페인데도 가짓수가 많고 오믈렛이랑 계란후라이도 그 자리에서 바로 해주셔서 맛있게 먹었어요 또 갈 것 같아요

- 택시호출 가능하나 모범택시만 가능 - 룸서비스 없음 / 7층 레스토랑 이용 - 객실 청결 상태 좋음 - 샤워부스 안에 선반이 없어서 샤워용품을 바닥에 두고 사용해야하는 점이 아쉬움 - 엘리베이터가 오래걸림

唯一缺點是房間燈暗了一點，前台服務人員很熱心，對外國人蠻友好的，早餐的餐廳很大，可惜菜色不夠多，不然就完美了。
