Lots of roaches!! If there's a negative rating I will do it. In our 2 days stay we encounter more than 30 roaches and this is our first time experience. I was to complain in their office before we checked out and no one is on duty. Maybe they are hiding from the time of checkout and come back after so they cannot hear everyone's complain. And also in their booking site there is free breakfast for 2 but when we got there they said they don't offer the free breakfast anymore 2 years ago. You should update your information so no one will expect in your inclusions. Maybe the roaches is the breakfast?

For the cost, this hotel is a great value. The rooms are small, but well maintained and the location is very convenient.

Roach-infested property. I killed a lot of roaches during my stay here. No wifi. Noisy guests at the middle of the night. Check-in is very painful, they initially put me on the 3rd floor, keys are not working so I have to go up and down the stairs to the office. Ended up putting me on the first floor. No signs such as do not disturb. Housekeeping went inside my room, took the towels but did not replace them; they did not empty my overflowing trash or even fix my bed. Very horrible place. This run down dilapidated motel should be burned down. Management doesn't even care fixing the most important things to keep this well-maintained.

Carpet inside the room need to shampoo, it's sticky, everything is good just need to update the rooms.

I am very disappointed it was not very clean and saw roaches inside our unit also the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to a punch hole in the door and bed sheets looked dirty also towels looked brown and dirty smelled pretty clean but just didn’t feel clean at all.

Hotel attempts to provide good service but the off-highway neighborhood is noisy and likely sketchy. The hotel rooms and facility, while adequate, have seen better days.

Bugs in bathroom on several days. No light over bathroom sink so you had to shave by touch. One very lightweight blanket for nights when the outside temp was in the 40's. The room heater worked OK but the air being blown was cool even though the setting was "high heat." I had to borrow a blanket from a friend to be able to sleep comfortably. This was the worst hotel I have ever used.

Really really cheaply badly kept hotel for that area. Shower pull needed repair, blankets were thin, decoatine cover was a bed spread cut in 1/2 and sewn at the bottom.. also thin. Furniture was all scratched up, mattress was.. ok. Side walk areas inside and around pool were dirty. Locks on doors didnt feel safe. Chain lock replaced reg hotel latch lock.. with part of that lock still attached. Curtains on one side were not hanging on the rod. The air conditioner/heater grate was filthy. Management did nothing when a family came at 7:30 am and was knocking loudly and yelling for Jose for over 7 minutes while this kid screamed. It was just... very poor quality of EVERYTHING! THE ROOM DISCRIPTION AND PICTURES ARE DECEIVING ON *******. Beware
