This hotel should not even be offered via *******. Is run-down, broken down, in seedy area and looks nothing like the pics offered by *******. Continental breakfast is in my opinion the worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel in 40 years of travel. As an example when I poured milk on my stale cereal from a bulk dispenser… It had chunks and lumps. Building is under construction. There was no ice or vending machines on my floor. There is construction noise till 8 PM at night. The area is pled with homeless, abandoned cars, and in fact, there’s an abandoned hotel/convention center right next-door, drawling, less desirable types to the neighborhood. In fact, there were people sleeping in a white Ford Taurus in the parking lot of this hotel.

The stay was fine, however, the volleyball teams that stayed at the same time were loud when trying to sleep, banging walls, knocking on the doors and extremely rude in the hallways/elevator.

Very dated and had an odd smell, almost like cat pee, in the hall ways, not in the room though. Was SO tired at check in, had to wait for someone to come to front, room key didn't work, had to go back to front desk, wait again while im carrying everything. Room was pretty cozy, but definitely needs some updates and to do something about the smell. Breakfast was good though and my room was quiet and dark, comfortable.

Stayed here for the price. Got what I paid for. Hotel needs major upgrades. Shower floor was cracked and I was worried about pinching my foot in it. Water pressure was terrible.

Bare bones stay. Breakfast is adequate for all. Carpeting is musty. No phone book, paper, eateries in/near hotel. This town shuts down by 9pm. Do any eating out/ shopping early! English is a second language for a lot of the staff.

While the hotel and room were clean, it was a little dated. I wish clerk at check in was more attentive to his job and would put his phone away. The morning clerk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room smelt like smoke and was extremely small. The couch in the front lobby had clothes on it with no one in the lobby and cabinets were dirty. The rear exit door did not lock, key and door latch were missing. The room window was blocked by the pool utility room with a mattress laying on the ground to the left. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude when we told her we couldn't stay in that room. We never brought anything into the room and wanted our money back. She would not give us a receipt for the returned keys to show that we weren't taking the room. We have pictures of everything.

We always stay there when in Hutchinson. We appreciate the good service we received.

No fencing, no neighbors nearby, back door (near us) didn't lock. Good price. Room in good condition. Won't return if possible.

Hotel was clean. Service was fantastic. Our room was a little what I would call musty but they seemed to be taking steps to remedy this as while we were there they were actively replacing air conditioning units. Overall would recommend, room was quiet and clean. Basic breakfast was served each morning, no frills but it’s free and better than nothing!

The towels were paper thin. The blanket on the bed I wouldn't lety dog sleep on. The elevator was broke and we were on the third floor. Don't ever stay here flight, fli

Older hotel, needs updating. But beds were comfy & the basics worked.

Easy check in as reserved. Quiet location with easy access to restaurants or shopping. Safe lighted easy parking.

Was in town for my daughters last weekend of softball. The Complimentary breakfast was so very subpar. (Very poor) Air conditioner filter was filthy and completely packed and dirty. Air conditioner smelled musty, moldy or like mildew. Only took my wife about 10 minutes and she was coughing and sneezing. Comforter was very very thin and was like from the 1960’s. Loved the mirrors on the wall though. Just seemed very outdated and old.
