This hotel is quite old. If you just come to play, this hotel is a good choice. After all, three meals a day can be solved in the hotel. If you are very particular about eating, then go out to eat! Because there are more Russian guests in the hotel, many of the food is partial to Russian taste. Local food is also more seafood and beef and mutton. Red Sea, the main thing to play is the sea, go to sea, go to sea, dive... The seaside of the hotel is facing the east, and the sunrise is the most beautiful.

The food was very good, room service was ok and acceptable but not as expected, the facility is not big and very bad WiFi, the facility's beach is not for snorkeling as I recommend beach shoes and you have to go Empire hotel beach next to the facility if you want to see coral and reefs, some of the animation team members insist on doing the activities even he get No answer and sometimes you have to say don't touch me please because still insist and some animation team members were very nice, good and helpful

I stayed 1 night but the buffet was good, the staff too and i didn’t really liked the outside because its in the middle of the city but i admit that its easier to go shopping if you ate located there and is next to the airport

The location is very good but the hygiene is not good. There was a sign asking for cleaning but no one cleaned the bed. The bathroom was very small, the water was very cold, the sheets were yellow and pilled and the mattress was almost broken.

We liked everything very much, at first we were skeptical, but during our stay we understood all the advantages of the hotel, the pools were clean, we got a new room (for which a special thank you!😊) clean, they immediately brought a child’s bed, the beach was clean, many sun loungers, comfortable. The service staff is very friendly, the food is varied. 30 min drive to the airport. Let's come back here again!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ctrip's hotel description is vague and unclear and cannot cover general possibilities, causing great distress and loss to guests-time, energy, economy, and spirit! After communicating with the customer service, in the case that the customer service expressed understanding and apology and actively promised to help with the cancellation of the order, one day later, there was one that could not be cancelled! As a result, the house was not lived and the money was not refunded! And just because of Ctrip's own problems! learn a lesson! !! !!

It’s probably ok for a family, but I’m the only one who didn’t like it there, there’s nothing outside the area, the sunbeds are filled up in the morning. People also come to dinner in advance) for me this is not a vacation, but some kind of battle for comfort) there is no evening animation for adults, I liked the food tolerable :) in general, if you are with a child, I recommend it, if you are without children, then there is nothing for you to do there . And it felt like I was the only one there without a tour operator)

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! This hotel is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are absolutely phenomenal so friendly and so hard working, I really do admire them for their service. The room was absolutely stunning, very clean when we first came. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful with a lovely pool playing music in the day and also the lagoon that runs through the whole of El gouna. El Gouna as well is a beautiful place which is incredibly buzzy and beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Thank you❤️

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.

Wonderful beach where you can snorkel in shallow water. Entertainment and facilities are ALOT that you need at least 2 weeks to experience all. Everyone is working with passion and keen to make guests happy Special thanks to: Mr. Ahmed AbdelHamid in front desk who was seeking our pleasure more than we did actually and was offering everything possible to make our stay more pleasant. To Mr. Omar who solved a little issue in our room type in one second without even asking him. To captain Mohamed in beach bar who remembers our choices from first day and was automatically asking us whether to bring the same or we wish different. Regretfully didn't stay enough to meet other extraordinary staff, but definitely will return very soon. This is the view from our room.
