Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

海邊度假酒店，新開業的，所以設施，衞生都挺好，房間很大，一日三餐談不上美食，種類也算比較豐富，只是中國人不太習慣的口味。酒店每日有不同的娛樂活動和演出。 另外特別要感謝攜程海外客服部的客服，熱情認真，服務仔細，為客人着想，認真周到解決問題，在此特別感謝🌹🌹🌹🌹

優：飯店算是滿漂亮，泳池很大，直通海灘，check out後當天都還可以自由使用飯店設施及餐飲！ 缺：餐廳有四間都是buffet，不精緻，菜色可能也不適合亞洲人，check in 櫃檯並沒任何的介紹，房間內也沒有任何對飯店設施/餐廳的說明單張，在海灘及泳池區都會有推銷的人。

很漂亮的酒店，客羣基本都是歐洲人沒有國人。但是服務人員態度一般，從前台到餐廳和酒吧都有點不耐煩，比如我要酒基本不理我要我很大聲提醒才會慢慢給我倒酒，前台也是問他問題很不耐煩。對比在盧克索和阿斯旺住的酒店，我覺得就是有些歧視。 還有就是第一天入住的時候反覆斷電，體感不是很好。

Отель расположен не далеко от аэропорта, уборка в номере хорошая, но при наличии шампуня, кондиционер не кладут, приходиться говорить уборщику номера. Пляж песчаный, рыб в море нет и кораллов тоже. На пляже много мух который достают сильно. Также отмечу очень назойливый сервис массажа. Массаж и хаммам не советую от слова совсем. В поездки не ездил тк кто ездил и поделились, что особо смотреть нечего, особенно обзорная экскурсия. На пляж можно получить одно полотенце, не два как в других отелях. Вечером проводиться культурная программа, аниматоры молодцы очень хорошо работают. Питание нормальное типично египетское. Я в этот отель и Хургаду больше не поеду, море прохладное и ветер, но это мое мнение, Шарм больше понравился.

紅海全包度假⛱️酒店，有多個餐廳，基本全天候滿足就餐需求。就餐無限量飲料、啤酒和紅白葡萄酒，食品豐富。聯排游泳池，有獨立海灘，網球場。酒店可以免費停車。前台工作人員對中國人友好，碰到一位可能是經理，主動關心我們，給我們提供幫助，值得再次度假的酒店。

Excelente hotel! Todos os staff maravilhosos! Nos trataram super bem. Comida do restaurante Culina excelente, alfredo no café da manha tambem, almoco poderia ter mais opçao de comida local (egito, oriente medio, que é maravilhosa). Tudo excelente! Amamos, ja queremos voltar! A única coisa que nao atende bem sao os preços do Spa, estão mais caro que no UK. (Massagem, sauna)
