Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had amazing service from the beginning. Before even checkjng in to the hotel they took us to dinner as they knew we were tired and hungry after long travel and then checked us in. The food is amazing the variety is amazing. Heated pools indoor and out door are amazing! The beach is beautiful with clear water clean sand well Maintained and plenty of seating! The hotel staff are very kind!

Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

The hotel is relatively new in Egypt, and this stay was quite beyond expectations. The hotel has 5 swimming pools, one of which is heated, which is still very comfortable in Hurghada with a temperature of more than 20 degrees. As an all-inclusive hotel, the meals are very rich. In addition to breakfast, you can eat freshly baked pizza and pasta made on site at any time. During the stay, we also ate freshly baked lamb legs, prawns and fish. The hotel beach is also beautiful to see the Red Sea. There are live performances in the evening, even if you lie down in the hotel, it is not boring.

Conclusion first: This hotel is worth it and the service is very good. I will come again on my next trip to Egypt. Let's talk about the details Food: There are many choices for all three meals, especially dinner, and there are Asian restaurants to choose from. Both of us from Chongqing adapted to the food and felt very comfortable. We didn't have diarrhea like we did when we traveled to Thailand. Accommodation: The room was very clean and large, facing the atrium swimming pool directly. There was the sea on the side. Very good. Sea view: The beautiful Red Sea is very quiet and beautiful, and the jelly-like sea surface can be seen everywhere. Service: I didn't see any discrimination by the staff at all. They even welcome Chinese people. Since our driver would arrive late, he also helped us to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free.

The rooms are new. However, the three buffet restaurants are not suitable for Chinese people. The beach is also very good. The staff are very friendly. There are also performances in the evening. I enjoy it very much.

I have never experienced such a wonderful hotel. Even though I said at the last minute that I wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday, they prepared a wonderful cake, plate, and flower petals for me. Also, after I checked out, they allowed me to use their shower after snorkeling and gave me a hot drink, which really showed their hospitality. In addition to the beautiful scenery, the staff were all kind and it was a relaxing space and time. After coming to this hotel, I fell in love with Egypt and Egyptians. I would highly recommend this hotel to my loved ones. I am convinced that this is the best place to come to Hurghada. Thank you so much to everyone.

The room was very nice and the service was very attentive. There were many sports, including darts, beach volleyball and table tennis. The restaurant also had a lot of flavors. It was a very quiet hotel with not many Asians. You can enjoy the holiday life very well. It is worth recommending.

The room is large and clean. The hotel's waiters have very good attitudes. The facilities are complete and the activities are well arranged. You can eat and drink what you want throughout the day.
